Great sounding buds
Great sounding buds. As a professional musician/recording artist, I appreciate high fidelity playback. These buds are unbelievable. I’m hearing nuances in songs I never heard before!!! I can’t believe clarity and frequency range! I’m thrilled obviously!!!

I've been emailing for a few weeks now with no response at all? No returns info on the website, so I'm stuck with a useless product.
Worst customer service I've ever had
The 3ANC were great at first. After 1 months they started connecting to my phone while they were charging inside of the case.
I purchased the extra 2yr warranty with my earbuds mind you.
The customer service rep too 3 days to get back to me and each time they would offer some stupid "troubleshoot" like "Did you reset the case?, "Are the magnets clean?", "are you pushing them in right?" As if the I somehow forgot how to use them. Then they asked me to SEND THEM A VIDEO OF THIS HAPPENING and email it to them.
Each response I gave took them another 3 days to get back to me.
Instead of just sending me a replacement that's covered under the extra warranty that I paid for.
I will NEVER buy from them again.
These replaced my Beats Studio 3’s
So I had Beats studio 3’s for about two years that broke on me twice that I had to get repaired, but kept breaking in the same area. Admittedly, I dropped them like once from about waist height in my kitchen and the plastic side panel would crack in the same place every single time. After spending $350 on them I then had to go ahead and spend another $150 to replace that side panel for the two occasions it got damaged. On the third time it broke from just general handling (I didn’t even drop it) I decided that it was time to replace those overpriced headphones that leaked sound and wasn’t great at noise cancellation anyway. I had saw the status audio ad on YouTube and TikTok and decided to do research to see if it would be a right fit for me. I was drawn by the noise cancellation and the battery life and I am proud to say that those headphones served me well. The earphones I would use outside the house and the headphones I would use almost daily inside of my home. When they showed signs of damage from just regular wear and tear plus time without hesitation, I replaced both. I contacted the company and they gave me incredible customer service. A company that actually has a human to speak to that genuinely wants to help.
Status' support team were genuinely working to help resolve my issue in a speedy and efficient way. So many other companies send you on the longest ring road possible so that you eventually give up. It was a total breath of fresh air to deal with a company that wants their customers to enjoy their experience, not only with the physical product, but the whole user experience.
I bought the Between ANC3 and they're very good - the verdict is still out on how long they last, but with good customer service I'm confident that if I have an issue it will be resolved.

The Status Earbuds are phenomenal, great battery life, sound and comfort. I could not be happier.
Unfortunately, I dropped one out of my pocket and it was ran over by a few cars. The customer support to seek a new pair was met with a nice discount even though the damage was my fault and incredibly fast and efficient service with a kind employee.
THIS is what tech companies should strive to be.
Phenomenal Product and Customer Service
So, the product itself is phenomenal. Literally the best listening experience I've ever had, and I've tried so many brands (raycons, beats, ipods), my Status buds blow them all out of the water.
But what I'm really here for is the customer service- I had an issue with shipping, and the team was so responsive and helpful (thanks, Cai)! They made things right in a matter of hours. I couldn't endorse this company more highly.

Sound quality is exactly what i had…
Sound quality is exactly what i had hoped for, and more. The customizable EQ really lets fine tune the sound you're looking for. The ANC does perfectly for me around loud equipment all day, and the battery life is incredible. I will be a returning customer for future products.

Poor Communication and Customer Service.
I placed an order a week ago. I got an email from them the next day saying that they were sorry that the colour i ordered was out of stock and I had two choices. 1. Change colour for immediate delivery and 2. Wait for stock and get the colour I wanted. Stock is due in on the 12th December.
I opted for option 1 as I wanted the earbuds right away. I still haven't heard back from them and when I check the status of my order it's still showing as unfulfilled. This is now 4 days later.
I have emailed them three times, sent messages to them on the online chat, sent messages to them on Instagram, X (Twitter) and Facebook and not heard a single thing from them.
Clearly customer service is unimportant to them. Do not buy from them unless you are prepared to be ignored and not get what you have asked for in the times frames you paid for.

I purchased the black Between3ANC 11/23 the sound quality is excellent!
At at first, I had trouble with charging and auto-connecting when removing from the case, however, It was simply not noticing the thin plastic covering the electrical connectors. I emailed the contact information and my lack of charging and auto-connecting / auto-turn off to Status Audio within one day they promptly responded to my email – indicating that there were thin covers over the electrodes (they also stated they will add that information to the info card packed with the earbuds - i’m sure it’s noticeable on the white earbuds) - As soon as I uncovered them, they behaved exactly as expected. The sound quality and ear comfort are even better than I expected!
If I had more ears, I would buy more!!

Amazing stuff. I've now heard pieces of very familiar songs that I'd never heard before. I didn't expect that.
Having been a working musician, years ago now, I know what it's like to be in the physical centre of a live performance, rehearsal, or even small practice room with an instructor.
Your products put me back in the middle of the music. Wow.

Best set I had yet
I’ve had them for a week now and they only need one full charge. The base sounds like a movie in your ear not to mention music takes a whole other realm of itself over all can’t get enough. Even the phone calls are clear no skips in words or outside audio. I’ll be use them until they break and then buying new ones!
