I highly recommend staying at the clinic. Very good care, great doctors. Comfortable rooms, clean, very good food. There's a children's playground. For those who are wondering, I advise you to go because it is worth it. We are very pleased. My daughter is already asleep without melatonin, she is calmer, there are words. And we look forward to further improvement.

Last year, we took our 7-year-old Autistic son to this clinic for stem cell therapy. At first, I was very worried—he has (or its better to say had now) a PDA profile, and the fear of the unknown made him say “no” to everything. I expected it to be a very challenging and unpleasant experience for all of us.

From the moment we arrived, the clinic completely exceeded our expectations. The staff were so kind, flexible, and understanding. All the team had a wonderful grasp of the needs of children with ASD. My son felt comfortable from the very first second, running around and actually enjoying the visit!

Even though needles were used for blood tests and injections, he has since been asking to go back and see his doctor, who was incredibly gentle and kind with him. What stood out even more was how everyone onsite was ASD-aware—even the gardener and the restaurant staff! The gardener was using a noisy hedge cutter, and as soon as he saw us approaching, he stopped the equipment and switched to a quieter manual cutter.

In terms of results, we’ve noticed lots of improvements: his eye contact has increased, he listens to instructions more, he’s generally a happier child, and there have been almost no meltdowns since our visit. We were so impressed that we’ve decided to go for round two!

Overall, this clinic provides exceptional care, a truly relaxed environment, and staff who genuinely understand and respect children with ASD.

Very new and spotless facility. Hotel standard in rooms and service. Very comfortable bed and always someone there to help if needed. Great cleaning.

It is to early for me to review any health benefits. I hope I will get som good results from post covid issues.

Restaurant had very good selection and produce, but my food lacked flavouring and was somewhat tasteless according to me. However the people working the were fantastic.

Medical staff was good and I felt safe (being alone). Everything in clinic was super clean and nice. Other patients were friendly.

The billing was kind of stressful because I had to do it on site, between treatments etc and different people telling me different things. So maybe prepare everything before arriving.

It is expensive treatment so regardless of everything else, I am most concerned and interested in the treatment working.

came for treatment and stayed there for 8 days, and what really stood out to me was how they treated not only me, but also my family. My wife and our 1.5-year-old child were fully accommodated free of charge, which I honestly did not expect and really appreciated.

The organization was good overall — everything was arranged clearly, and the staff were always open, kind, and ready to help. The doctors and physiotherapists made a strong impression: professional, attentive, and genuinely involved in the process, not just doing things routinely.

The food was honestly at a restaurant level — three meals a day, well-prepared, fresh, and actually enjoyable, not something you usually expect in a clinic.

Another thing I noticed is that they are constantly improving the place. You can see that they invest in infrastructure, including building and upgrading children’s playgrounds, which makes a big difference if you come with family.

Overall, my experience was very positive. It felt like a place that cares not only about treatment, but also about people.

The local staff is professionnal and friendly. I am just waiting to see the evolution of situation of my sick son . I highly recommend the place to others.

We might have to come back just to vacation, the accommodations, food, cleanliness, physio room and friendly people were reason enough to come back but the professionalism, attention to detail and added services like a physio room with hyperbaric chamber, massage chair, and tons of other equipment, along with a physicologist and therapist made this medical experience very special. I can already see an improvement that I pray even gets better for my wife who has dementia. Swiss Medica far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!!!

I am not a patient yet and am still looking at options. Given the review about late-night phone calls, I felt compelled to share my experience. I have three ruptured discs in my lower spine and have trouble sleeping or even finding a comfortable position. So at 3 AM, I was awake, reading about stem cell therapy, and sent an online form to Swissmedica. They called about 10 minutes later, and we started having a nice chat. A few minutes into the chat, they said, "Oh my, it's the middle of the night where you are, you need to get some sleep." I wanted to talk, so I continued the conversation. Still, they are not pushy or rude at all. Very helpful and perhaps optimistic, as most salespeople tend to be, but informative and helpful too. My MRIs have been sent to them, and I am awaiting an evaluation from their medical staff. Very professional and upfront about costs. I have the money to do it, but it is expensive.

I had a very positive experience with stem cell therapy at Swiss Medica Clinic in Serbia for my 12-year-old son with autism. We started the therapy in 2024, and now we are preparing for the second round. After the first therapy, my son became calmer (he used to be quite aggressive) and more attentive in school. His teachers and specialists also noticed the improvements. Although my child is non-verbal, after the therapy he started pronouncing and repeating the first syllable of words. I am very happy with the results and we want to continue the treatment.

We had an awesome experience. My son is 14 and started the stem cell treatment in 2023. We have been to Serbia twice and we plan to go back for third treatment. We have notice a significant improvement with my son. Every milestone acheived has made us happy as his parents. His level of concentration is expectional. He is fully potty trained, this was my biggest fear but that's in the past now. He is exploring new food and presents with no tantrums.

I am a real parent who recently had my seven year-old son visit Swiss Medica and receive personalized and thoughtful treatment from the doctors here. I find some of the recent negative reviews to be unfair because while this clinic may not have all of their call center customer service ironed out. I do not think that they are deserving of such negative reviews from people who have not ultimately utilized their services.

Stem cell therapy for treating autistic children is admittedly, a new frontier that raises a lot of eyebrows and certainly poses a lot of questions for families who are trying to seek intervention to assist in their childcare. I too understand feeling suspicious and uncertain about going down this avenue.
What I found when I arrived was a team of caring medical professionals who walked me through the process and made everything incredibly clear and above board. There is of course, no promise of a magic pill. However, what you find when you arrive are scores of other families who have been receiving stem cell therapy on an ongoing basis and have come back a multitude of times. They speak of definite changes and improvements that they’ve seen in their children. So this alone gave me confidence that what we were doing was not a scam. I had a very positive experience overall, and felt that my child was well taken care of. So I don’t think you should weigh so heavily on negative reviews for people who may have felt that their intake experience was not necessarily up to par with what they were expecting. As I said this company might need to iron out some kinks in terms of their call center, etc. but please do not interpret that experience as a reflection of what you will get once you arrive.

From the very beginning, the pre-consultation was incredibly informative, setting a clear expectation for my journey. The communication among the team members was excellent, creating a seamless and coordinated experience. They were instrumental in helping with the cost and meticulously planning my trip to ensure everything went smoothly. This started right from arrival, as I was picked up at the airport, and from there, everything else was arranged. My room and food were taken care of, with particular attention paid to allergies and dietary restrictions.

The clinic also excels in follow-up checks and providing excellent support with any questions that arise after treatment.

A truly outstanding aspect of my visits was how the doctors helped me understand my rheumatoid arthritis medications better than any doctor I've ever encountered. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a huge difference in my understanding and confidence in managing my condition.

Beyond the insightful medical consultations, the physical therapy sessions were exceptional. They were tailored precisely to my needs, which was incredibly beneficial for my pain management journey.

The staff were consistently helpful, kind, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. This created a very welcoming and friendly environment. The food was delicious, and the clinic was kept impeccably clean throughout my stays, which I really appreciated. I also loved that the clinic's grounds are beautifully maintained, offering a lovely space for walks, especially in the evening. It was also a huge plus that I was able to bring someone with me, and their stay was included in the cost. This made the whole experience much more comfortable and supportive.

Points to Consider

While my overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, there's one practical point to note: Swiss Medica Clinic's location is a bit far from the main city. However, this wasn't a significant issue as the drivers were always happy and available to take me anywhere I needed to go.

Despite this minor point, my experience at Swiss Medica Clinic has been incredibly positive. The high level of medical care, especially the doctors' clear explanations and the tailored physical therapy, combined with the excellent pre-trip planning, exceptional staff, pleasant facilities, and the welcoming policy for accompanying guests, made both my visits highly beneficial.

I wanted to share my journey to provide a comprehensive and honest perspective for anyone considering treatment here.

To be clear, I have never visited the clinic, or any of their locations. I came across an ad for the clinic online, so I filled out the contact form online to get more information.

I filled in the form, but found it strange that it required so little information, and almost before I had put my phone down it started it ringing. I received a phone call from a Serbian phone number, marked by my phone provider as potential spam, which I answered. A man identified himself as calling from Swiss Medica regarding the form I had submitted. Now, my problem isn't that I get contacted, but when they call me at 1 am on a Saturday night, that rips away any confidence in what they are doing.

I told the caller that I wanted all my information deleted, and that I found it highly unacceptable to receive a phone call from them at this time. He said ok, but there was no other utterences. No apologies, no explanation, no responsibility, he just hung up.

No professionalism or decency. This made me feel as if it was a scam. If it isn't, they need to do something about their policies.
