I had a wonderful experience on the 3-day Northern Landscape trip with Star Tours. I was traveling with my brother and sister-in-law, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

The entire tour was exceptionally well-organised and the time management throughout was truly impressive.

A heartfelt thanks to our tour manager, Saurabh bhai, who was incredibly supportive at every stage of the journey. He managed the entire itinerary with great precision, especially when it came to maintaining perfect timing. What made the trip even more enjoyable was his ability to keep everyone engaged with fun activities like Antakshari and dumb charades, creating a cheerful and lively group atmosphere.

Our tour captain, Ali bhai, is highly skilled and ensured a safe and comfortable journey at all times.

We loved all the destinations we visited and the smooth execution of the schedule really stood out. Despite the train trip being cancelled due to poor weather conditions, Saurabh bhai handled the situation brilliantly by arranging a visit to the stunning waterfalls in Snowdonia, which turned out to be the highlight of the trip.

The food arrangements, clean restroom stops, and well-timed breaks added to the overall comfort of the journey. The stay at Novotel Liverpool was also excellent and very comfortable.

Overall, it was a truly memorable trip. I look forward to traveling with Star Tours again and would highly recommend them for their outstanding planning and execution.

Amazing team and consistent quality

I have recently taken Northern Landscapes tour with Star Tours for 3 days and 2 nights. It was an incredible experience. Everything was well managed from itinerary, food and the hotel. It was Novotel 4star hotel provided for 2 nights and was really awesome hotel.

Besides that, we had an amazing star tours representative Mr. Saurabh Patel and he was too kind, knowledgeable and was well aware of places that we were visiting. He made sure there is enough time at each place, he gave to the point instructions before each destinations on what to do, what not to do made us prepared for all upcoming activities. There were fun games, he made all introverts turned into an extrovert.

The whole coach from coach captain to the last guy sitting in row became like family until the end of trip and it was hard to say goodbye to everyone. Looking forward for more trips with Star tours ahead 🙌

At first glance the well managed and perfect itinerary || Whenever you want to leave a thoughts of travel plans, transport aside & just experience beautiful places without hurry. Not too many places but convenient time to explore the places
As per itinerary- all places are covered with perfect time managed by Saurabh - he was ready with alternate plans if something is about to miss - appreciate that || he knows information about places which was shared earlier onboard || - Truely professional & friendly person
Accommodation provided was ultimate to make your dreams even better after day excursion.

A must to consider for indians in UK. Mr. Saurabh was extremely friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home. The service was quick, the food was delicious and authentic, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for Indian food and warm hospitality.

It was a wonderful tour and well guided UKIW trip. The tour manager Mayur was constantly checking on the passengers to give wonderful after tour experience. The driver Abdi was also very supportive and totally hands on. Overall very hassle free and structured itinerary and price for the journey was worth it, highly recommended.

My wife and I went with Star Tours for the first time on their Japan and Korea Tour. We were very impressed with the overall organisation. The Star tours Guide Kersaspbhai was very courteous and professional. He made sure needs of all were catered for and is an asset to Star Tours.
We normally travel independently but chose Star Tours given we are both vegetarians and knew that we would struggle by ourselves In Japan and also we were going to Japan for first time and wanted to cover a lot of ground.
Vegetarian food was made available at lunch time and evening by visiting Indian restaurants. My wife and I would have been happy with just one meal in the evening and time saved could have been spent on sight seeing.
A personalised itinerary being sent by EM in good time would have been useful rather than being asked to just visit the website.

5-Day Panoramic Tour – Review

I had a great experience overall with Star Tours. The trip was well-organised, with clear communication, good food arrangements, and timely arrivals at all destinations, which made the journey smooth and enjoyable.

A special mention to our Tour Manager, Ankit, who was extremely courteous and attentive. He ensured every passenger was looked after and consistently went the extra mile to make the experience comfortable and memorable.

However, there was one aspect that significantly impacted the trip. The coach captain/driver, Sean, displayed very unprofessional behaviour. During an urgent situation where the onboard emergency toilet was full, a request was made for a stop due to a genuine health need. Initially, this was refused, and even when he eventually stopped at a petrol station, it was done reluctantly.

What was more disappointing was his rude tone and the way he handled the situation, including arguing that the toilet was “working fine” despite the circumstances. This interaction was unnecessary and left a negative impression.

While I appreciate that he may be an experienced driver, professionalism and basic courtesy are equally important when dealing with passengers. Unfortunately, this behaviour affected what would otherwise have been an excellent trip.

I hope Star Tours takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer handling in future tours.

Melanie helped us change the drop point and made it flexible for us opening both drop point options free of charges. She waived off the admin charges for us as a goodwill gesture.

recently completed a 5-day Europe tour, and it exceeded every expectation I had. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, well-organized, and truly unforgettable.

Each day was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to explore some of Europe’s most iconic cities and landmarks without ever feeling rushed. The itinerary struck the perfect balance between guided tours and free time, giving us the chance to both learn and wander at our own pace. Whether it was strolling through charming old towns, admiring breathtaking architecture, or enjoying local cuisine, every moment felt special.

Our tour guide was exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and culture of each destination. They made every stop more meaningful with fascinating insights and helpful tips, which really enriched the overall experience.

Transportation and accommodations were also top-notch. The travel between destinations was comfortable and efficient, and the hotels were clean, conveniently located, and welcoming after long days of exploring.

This Japan and South Korea is our second trip with Star tours. First was last year 18 days Europe tour. Our Europe tour Manager was - Mr Kersasp Randeria and in this Japan & South Korea tour with my wife is Mr Kersasp. I found him very experienced tour manager with great 👍 personality. He covered the tour so well and food Star Tours provides is fantastic. Vegetarian and non- veg buffet lunch and dinner is so beautiful in the Indian restaurant- fantastic and yummy 😋.Also Star Tours offers good hotels with great 👍 buffet breakfast . In future any tour we will be doing, we will go with Star Tours. . They cover all the country highlights very well.

Our 8-day Scenic Japan tour was amazing and well organized. However, our tour guide, although knowledgeable, was not always attentive and sometimes did not show enough interest in taking care of the group, which made it easy to get lost. The itinerary was too tight and felt rushed, leaving us with very little free time to explore on our own. The local Japanese guides were good, but due to the language barrier, it was sometimes difficult to understand what they were trying to say. The driver was excellent and ensured safe and comfortable travel throughout the trip.

Panoramic Europe tour, May 2025, left senior citizens and kids behind to walk 1 mile for hotel, just because they were late coming down from titlis. Kept schooling the passengers about dos and don'ts throughout the tour. Star tours too not ready for any accountability when approached, needs to be taught a lesson.

It was a very nice experience. The coach Driver Mihai drove very smoothly and on time. I appreciate his driving efforts to visit all the places on time. Our tour Manager Divash, he is very nice and explained all the details and answered all the queries very patiently. It would be nice if we have more places in Belgium and bit more time for the autonium explore.
