Sarah and I both thought your gallery was showing some lovely pictures, we actually own quite a few of the artists you have on display. You both took time to talk about your products and allowed us time to browse. Thank you. Allan

We purchased a piece after visiting Startle while away on holiday. The advice we received in person was spot on and the ordering and delivery process was pain free. The tool on their website to see the artwork on your own wall via your phone camera was also helpful.

Henni from the gallery in Holt was absolutely amazing and incredibly knowledgeable.
We are art amateurs, we just like what we like and she was able to answer all our questions and provided a really good insight into the artist we eventually bought (they had met personally) and how the art was created. It made a real difference having that experience.

Casual drop in. Found our perfect painting. Wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend.

First class service Simon even went out of his way to deliver the painting very happy with overall service cheers

Henni, at the Holt Gallery, is very knowledgeable and made buying an Anniversary gift, for my son and his wife, super easy. She organised to have it delivered to their address and it actually arrived on their Anniversary.

Thank you so much, Henni.

Alway friendly and informative, we felt no pressure to buy (but did)

We will be undoubtedly be back....

Great gallery, friendly and helpful staff who aren't pushy. There's a good range of artwork to suit different tastes. Have purchased from them and expect to do again.

Lovely gallery. Engaging , friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing service and love what we bought.
Really welcomed in the gallery and helped with all the art we were considering. Delivered our purchases personally and will be buying again from Startle

Purchased two pieces whilst on a short break with my wife. Tonia our main contact throughout the process was very knowledgably, experienced, professional and remained in contact from beginning to delivery .

Excellent customer service and have only positive things to say. Will 100% be looking to Startle and Tonia for our next piece.

From the moment we visited the galleries in Thornham and Holt in early July, we were warmly welcomed by Simon and Tonia, who politely offered help and guidance, whilst also giving us time and space to browse the artwork on display.
When I contacted the galleries a few weeks later, my call was answered by Henni who was fantastically helpful in answering my queries regarding two pieces of art we were interested in.
Throughout the buying process Henni was my main contact but Tonia stepped in seamlessly on a couple of occasions when Henni was away from the gallery.
The quality of customer service was first class throughout, culminating in the personal delivery of my purchased artwork by Simon, especially as I live over a 100 miles from Holt.
Great teamwork and service.
Thank you
