I selected the Startup plan mainly for the express EIN option, as my timeline was tight. I paid in mid-December, and within about a week, all my LLC documents (Articles of Organization, etc.) were ready.

Due to the end-of-year holidays, the EIN process took a bit longer than initially expected. I reached out simply to ask for an update, making it clear that I completely understood the holiday delays and was not blaming them in any way. I did not request any refund — I only explained my situation.

To my surprise, they replied the very next day offering to refund the price difference between the Startup and Freelancer plans, while continuing to handle my case as an express file. The refund was processed within two days, and they kept their word.

I received my EIN in early January, and they continued to support me throughout the entire process, including assistance with opening my Mercury bank account.

What truly stands out is their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine focus on customer satisfaction. This level of care is rare.

Startfleet have been amazing from day 1. I set up my LLC with them, as a non resident of the US which can be very daunting. They helped with every step, have always been responsive, and have helped me with filling out forms which is my absolute pet peeve. They made it a lot less stressful. I incorporated an entity from abroad hoping that with the help of the service provider things would go smoothly. At the start we already had issues with setting up a bank account, which is not as easy as they claim it to be. Then the representative blamed on us instead of trying to help us solve the problem. We ended up giving up on the business concept and wanted to close the company, once again fees after fees without proper explanation which caused a delayed to the new year and another tax for another year. No sense of responsibility, empathy, or any type of professional handling. I am not sure if there are other better services out there in the market, I certainly wouldn't trust them again.
