I agree with all other comments on this company 0 stars really. The phone mount doesn't work . I have been requesting how to send the item back and get a refund for 8 weeks, they don't reply. They also state in their returns policy that you have to pay for the return and it is also states in their policy "We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item." Even if you do send it registered post.
So DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they should be prosecuted for their poor customer service - If you can find out who they are .

This company will give you the runaround when you ask for your refund . 3 months and still no refund even when the product was returned. They dont return phone calls only emails and they have a different person every time dealing with the refund . No one really reads the previous e mails or is held accountable .worst place to do business with.

I purchased a two pack starscope, one as a gift the other for myself. I was so embarrassed, both my friend and I found this product unsuitable. I spent money out of my own pocket to send it back with the promise of a refund. Several emails back and forth, starscope got their product back I still have not received my refund!
I contacted the Better Business Bureau, they said they have had no reply from this company and it seems from countless other reviews this company has an F rating

Zeer slechte organisatie. Heeft kapotte items geleverd. Wanneer je hier op reclameerd dan wordt nauwelijks gereageerd. Ik wacht nu al een half jaar op mijn geld. Dit is een onbetrouwbare boeven organisatie

I certainly wish I had come to Trust Pilot first before ordering from this company.

Returns and customer service are either bots or its just a fob off.

Ordered this product on-line, regretted it and cancelled within minutes. Company refused to acknowledge the cancellation and shipped anyway...11 days later. Credit card company resolved the dispute in favor of the vendor. I won't be doing further business with Starscope Monocular nor with Citibank.

Starscope is a scam. Do not buy. I ordered on Dec 1. They did not provide tracking information until Dec 14. TWO WEEKS later they say they have begun to ship it!?!? Information said Label created and set for shipping but there is not tracking information as of Dec 18, four days later the package has still not left shipping department. I don't think I will ever see my product.

Problems as others no response besides the typical email saying it is on the way bla bla bla. Ripped off of 115€, stay away from this fraud company.

I read a Starscope advert claiming it can see like an eagle. It simply cannot. The graphic suggested it can see a small bird miles across a wide valley. It cannot. My neighbour bought one at rip-off prices, expected all the claims and was deeply disappointed. Look, standard bi or monoculars are either 8 or 10x magnification. If Starscope is 10x it us just normal and no more. Buy another brand from a reputable dealer if you want a monocular. But warning Starscope will never be as good as the best DSLR camera lenses, despite their claims. Their misleading advertising is found on Google Newstand app and no doubt elsewhere.

Awful company and really wish I’d read reviews before ordering. Complete and utter scam. Monocular does not live up to its claims one bit. Returns are not straightforward like they mention. You have to contact them to request a return and pay for shipping to The Netherlands! DO NOT TRUST

You are lucky. I ordered mine a couple of months ago and still haven't received them I did however receive 2 x cheap and nasty fly killer things worth about $4 each. Absolute crap.
I have written so many times to their support team but received nothing meaningful from them in response. This experience has put me off ordering anything from internet advertising again.
So disappointed.

My dad wants told me never trust a thief. I love that video where it shows the bear all close up. Come on guys if the bear is that close to look that good through this lens. Your ass is grass. If you're looking for something to get a close-up look at an ant on your cieling, it might work. Totally a waste of money.

Please don't order this. It's a SCAM!!

I bought something from this company. They use Evri (Hermes). The delivery driver lobbed it over my gate onto my patio damaging the outside and product box. Also, something was missing from the order.

I have it on video and contacted this company but all I get is an email saying they are busy!

Basically, they are not dealing with it so I have had to impose a deadline for deadlock abd take it to Trading Standards.

Receive the product it does not work with a iPhone 14 or any phone with multiple picture lenses. In order to return the product you must call your credit card company because they will not return phone calls or allow you to send an email to them. The email listed is invalid when you attempt to send an email through Gmail or any other email system.

This is a useless piece of junk. Don't waste your money. The price is a giveaway, you can't get the results claimed for that money. I'm stuck with 2 of them. I wouldn't insult someone by giving them as a gift.
