Unsolicited call that was a total con and they left no contact details, although they said my offer was subject to a 28 day cooling off period. No idea how to cancel.

The company that initially called you was not us, but a review company that evaluates insurance needs, prior to referring to our advisors -who then conduct a comprehensive review to determine if your current policy can be improved or enhanced. ST&R Limited do not make unsolicited calls.
ST&R Limited will also attempt to complete a 'welcome call' to introduce ourselves as your broker. This is to ensure that you understand the policy that has been put in place, and how it meets your demands and needs.
ST&R Limited pride ourselves on providing the best service we can. I would like to apologise that you feel the service you received was not acceptable.
If the policy is no longer required, please cancel any associated direct debits that may have been put in place.
