Gave this as a Mother's Day gift. Our mom absolutely loved it! It was easy to make upgrades and easy to order. The physical documents that arrived were very well made, my mother can't wait to hang it up! Very special gift.

Being from the older generation I found the process fine although the additional items seemed to increase the cost to more than I was originally going to spend but that’s the way these days. Efficient service and pleased with everything.

This took my girlfriend by complete surprise!

This is just such a novel idea ... and a really personal one at the same time. Who wouldn't want to know that there's a star out there named for them? The purchase and shopping experience was awesome. The customer service wonderful (I asked a question that was immediately answered and explained by a friendly person!) Anyway, I will be back :)

the pricing was a little bit misleading however purchased as a gift for a friend whom had lost a loved one .A beautiful packaged delivered was a bit late but this was down to the courier not the company .A visible star is a fantastic idea and reduced my friend to tears but in a comforting way . I would highly recommend as the digital copy can be printed and given to other family members as a long lasting memory of the person whom has passed and comforting to be able to view the star they have been named after .thank you

My mother has recently been diagnosed with Dementia. I thought this would be a way for us all to still see her. I'm very pleased with the way this turned out!

Gifted my husband a star named after our dog who recently passed away. Such a sentimental and special gift, he loved it. It has also been great for our 3 year old daughter who we had told our dog was a star now but we can literally find and show her the star on the app and in the sky. Very happy with the delivery and how it is presented in the folder.

This is a lie, it says a different name on the star until I search up my supposed star name.

Ordered a star on 4/27/26 and still haven’t received my package. It got held up in customs and no one seems to know how to fix it. Spend $140 and got nothing.

I got the star for my parents on my sister's birthday, the first one after her passing. They loved the gift and being able to identify the star with the app. I wish the photo in the certificate was of the actual location of the star vs. generic.

One star off for Customer Service experience (would not honor the 20% coupon that had 'expired' with no expiration date). They eventually gave me a 15% off code after I pushed back but it soured the experience a little for me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. CHECK THAT PRICES WERE NOT CHANGED AFTER ADDING TO YOUR CART. I chose the Silvernova Package, yes the descriptions are a little misleading and vague, you need to upgrade to get what you really want (physical copies don’t come with this one unless you pay more (+$30) but that’s not clear at all it makes it sound like they do). But that’s not even my issue, it was 34.90 when I chose that package - ok great, at first it sounds reasonable. With all my add-ons it was 114.. ok fine, I still want the gift so I’ll pay it, but then I noticed the original package chosen listed (at the top of the cart before add-ons are all listed) had changed to 44.90. I did it again thinking maybe the price changed in that time.. no it said 34.90, went through the WHOLE thing again (the website did that to me a few times actually where it restarted on its own and I had to redo everything), again at check out that item is listed as 44.90 in addition to my add-ons. In fact one time I elected to do a 10.00 upgrade right before checkout that popped up for “20% off for the ‘brightest star’” ($10.00 add on), this was the ONLY time the initial price of the package stayed at 34.90 - so I guess the company assumes you’ll choose that and if not just changes the price of the package, bc they want their 10 dollars either way?? You can’t list prices and change them once added to cart (and I’m not talking about add-ons either, I get how those work..) clearly idc about the money, it’s the principle of misleading people and changing prices after it’s added to my cart w out notifying. That not even legal and yet I’m not spending all day fighting on the phone or something for my 10.00 back. I was SO excited to do this for Mother’s Day. I’m so upset and hope there’s a better site. On top of it, no email, phone number, or way to contact the company listed on the website just clicking back and forth “contact support” taking me in a loop. Only social media links. Unbelievable. I was sooo disappointed.. plan on it being around $100 minimum unless you want to just print a page at home on computer paper (not shipped physical copies made to look nice) for a dim star for 34.90 or, I’m sorry 44.90. For that I might as well search for my own local star coordinates and just make it all up myself, what’s the difference at that point anyway, I guess I might share my randomly chosen star w someone in the actual registry, but I don’t see it guaranteed that the star will solely be assigned to one person, no repeats.. can that promise be found somewhere that they aren’t reused, that it is yours and yours alone?
Really though, all this money and a company scams you by changing prices on top of what I was willing to spend, hoping you won’t notice?

It was very easy to order and add the extras we wanted. It was a great present and the thought was greatly appreciated. It’s just that something a bit different.

This is a really nice presentation package. The person I got it for will love it.

Our granddaughter had her first birthday and we thought instead of a toy or clothes she will outgrow, let’s name a star after her. Everyone said it is such a unique gift!!! We are very happy!!!

While I love the concept and found it to be fairly priced, I thought the website and app could’ve much more use friendly and easy to find & navigate.
