I had to ask them to “fit/adjust” the glasses. When I wore them later that night, one pair (they are both the same) would slip down the nose. I won’t be able to bring them in for adjustment for a week or so, but otherwise Stanton was what I expected.

I Love Stanton!!
I have been coming to Stanton for quite a while and I went ahead and stepped out of my comfort zone and got a new pair of frames and when my lenses came in and I put my frames on they were so small and they were so uncomfortable. So my Stanton crew asked me if I wanted them to go ahead and fix it and I said yes and so I'm going to get the same frames that I had before but in a nice burgundy color instead of brown and I'm so so so so happy

The glasses are terrible.They're not as good as my other prescription.I told the man to put the progressive to start lower in the glass and he didn't listen to me.They're worthless to me.I can't see long distance.I put my old glasses on.I can see down the hallway long distance.I'm very disappointed in the glasses that I paid a hundred forty bucks for.

Feels like a scam.
I made an appointment, they didn’t have my appointment information when I went in.
The “exam” was all computerized, including a ZOOM like ophthalmologist.
The human attendant had the equipment to simulate the prescription to ensure the prescription was correct. They did not.
The glasses were made with a faulty prescription.
I was retested.
They refered me to another Stanton Optical with a Human ophthalmologist.
Who CHARGED ME for another exam.
And I still don’t have glasses that I can see correctly with.

Lenses kept popping out of my new…
Lenses kept popping out of my new glasses. It took almost 4 weeks to get them replaced.
They said they'd contact me but I never received any communications. I got my updates by going directly to the store.
One of the employees said they'd call me when ready and I said to either leave a voicemail or send a text. She may have called and it looked like spam but I didn't receive a text or voicemail. The people were nice, follow up was lousy, product is cheap

The staff was very friendly and interested in helping me get a prescription that worked.
My prescription wasn’t quite right the first time. It took a long time but I have both pairs now and am satisfied.

Won't recommend and won't go back.
Didn't like the "remote " optometrist experience. Chose two frames but the person who helped me told me one pair looked bad on me. The BOGO sign says "BOGO FRAMES AND LENSES" only applies to the frames. For that reason only got one pair. When came to pick them up, waited 10 minutes before I had to find someone to help me.

Our BOGO offer, buy one complete pair (frame + lenses) and receive the second pair of equal or lesser value for free, including your eye exam. We’ll be escalating this internally for further review. They advertise Two for $79 Bait and switch.
They advertise Two for $79. Free eye exam and two pair of glasses with free anti glare. Absolutely not true. One pair of glasses with exam were $600 before insurance (discount). Ended up paying $285 for one pair and no buy one get one free. Exam was $25 marked down from $99 with insurance. Quality of the frames was good but no designer name. They lure you in with the $79 for two and then up sell you everything they can. The two or three ugly frame choices for $79 would not only look horrible but wouldn’t last a week. All in all, won’t be back. I can get glasses at any eye doctor for those prices. Oh, I almost forgot, the chances of getting your glasses the same day are slim to none. It took two weeks to get the glasses in and was never notified when they did arrive, I had to stop in to check.
There was no misunderstanding I even had to pay $25 for a “free” eye exam.
