Terrible experience from day one
Terrible experience from day one. Been dealing with getting my prescription since December right and then loosing my glasses. The disrespect and still now in march , no glasses. Will not recommend this place nor will I ever come back.

Staff members were very friendly and…
Staff members were very friendly and professional. First time using Stanton I found it odd that it took two hours to complete my appointment. I was notified my glasses were ready so the next day I headed over to pick them up. Glasses couldn’t be located at first and then they told me the lenses were there but they were not in frames. So they had to go out to the floor to find the style I chose and install the lenses. Not sure if this is a normal visit or not. Still getting use to my new glasses I do love the frames.

Even whilst being understaffed the day…
Even whilst being understaffed the day I went, Cheyanne was amazing and the other lady as well, i forgot to ask ger name. I went in on January 23rd from 1045am to about 145pm and they bith did their best with what they had and I still was able to have one pair ready the sake day. Thank you
