I had a truly dreadful experience with…
I had a truly dreadful experience with Stanton Optical that has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. It all started when I ordered two pairs of glasses from them. The first mistake they made was delivering my glasses to the wrong address, which resulted in them being misplaced.
After this mishap, they agreed to make another set of glasses for me. However, when I finally received them and started wearing them, I noticed that something was off. It turned out that the prescription they had used was incorrect. This led to me having to go through the whole process of getting my eyes examined again.
Stanton Optical assured me that they would modify my existing glasses to match the correct prescription. They returned one pair to me after making the adjustments, but the second pair has been missing in action since February. Despite numerous inquiries and promises, I am still left waiting for that second pair to be delivered.
This entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. The level of incompetence and lack of responsibility displayed by Stanton Optical has left me deeply dissatisfied. I regret ever choosing to do business with them, and I certainly won't be recommending their services to anyone in the near future.
