The techs in the office should be more clear about how long it takes to get the glasses. How to find out about order status. Maybe STOP sending 3 or more text messages while the client is in the waiting room then NOT SEND ONE WHEN THE ORDER IS READY. I have been dismayed by the customer service. Knowledgeable should come with courtesy.

My glasses cost over $800 and when I went to get them frames were not fitting like the ones I picked and the lenses were not my prescription. I could not see out of them it was double vision and it is finals week at the college and I had to go buy Dollar tree glasses that worked just fine. So I am very very disappointed. They sent the glasses back to try to correct. We shall see.. or not. I may be asking for a refund if this is not corrected.

I had a great experience at Stanton Optical. Andres provided excellent customer service—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and easy. My glasses are working perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

The best thing I like about my visit is the quality of service, for that alone I am giving it a 5 stars rating. After getting my eye tested, I was fortunate to get Andres as my sales person. He answered all my questions and gave quality responses. He calculated for me with 3 or more different variants if I were to choose certain frames and options. Furthermore, he noticed my glasses were not aligned correctly and offered to fix it. I get a free cleaning and new nose pads and were informed they offer it for free. I also asked about some issue my brother whom came in a week or so prior had, and were assured that everything will be handled. Andre is an excellent example of customer service, my visit was welcoming and informative. I would had rated a 6 stars if I can get a little additional discount, as my pair was on the expensive side.

I would love if you had some clear plastic frame options for the 79.99 special. Overall a good experience, I'd give 5 stars if the provider's were less stressed on time so they didn't race their dialog script out so quickly because it's hard to understand everything and they left no time to ask a question after the exam. Rx seems good though.

i had to drive apx 70 mile one way expecting to get two pairs of glasses for $79. was charged $139 and only got one pair. i will have to drive back to merced when they come in. tried getting glasses at two other stores in fresno and clovis and kept getting the run around. would not advise anyone to go to any stanton optical store

The appointment is fine but there were no communication of when my glasses are coming in and it’s been 2 weeks and no glasses. I called and it said it was already ready and nothing.

Did not like the service when I P icked up my glasses. Like they were to busy to make sure they were right. I gave you guys another try even though last time you said They were in no one could find them. When they finally did they were broken took them anyway because I needed them. You guys could learn service matters. In Costra Rica they made everything was right, First part of experience was good last was bad.

Very helpful staff.
