Dealt with Richard at SDC. Very friendly and approachable gentlemen. Had a brilliant experience receiving a refund on my SDLT which I didn't even know I was eligible for.
Richard makes the process so easy and headache free. Best thing is it's a No Win no Fee... Thanks again Richard.

Completely recommend just hold onto any refunds for a while.
I would definitely recommend Stamp duty claims. The process for me was scarily easy. You just provide information on any issues that were in your property when you bought it.
They have clawed back stamp duty on 2 properties for me. Their commission is high but it’s a no win no fee.
Apparently HMRC have 9 months to double check the refund and potentially ask for it back so just hold onto your cash for a while. If this happens I’m told that SDC refund their commission.

Very impressed with Stamp Duty Claims !
I have been very impressed with the service of the Stamp Duty Claims team who have successfully claimed back a large proportion of a stamp duty payment that we paid in 2020 on a buy to let property that needed major refurbishment. The 'no win, no fee' contract means that you have nothing to lose and the fee, if successful, is modest for the work that SDC do on your behalf.
I couldn't be more impressed, thank you !

Could not be more pleased
I only found out about the possibility to claim back the stamp duty on a derelict property about 10 days before the deadline and the team at Stamp Duty Claims could not have been more helpful in rushing things through and obtaining a substantial refund for me. I am delighted with their service

Dealt with a delightful chap called Jonathan who was extremely clear in establishing what was required from me and diligent in submitting the claim once I had returned all the documentation- the money then followed straight back into my account after just a few weeka

Highly Recommend!
Fast, reliable service. I managed to get my Stamp Duty down to a significantly lower rate owing to the property being purchased suffering from a lot of Damp and being in an uninhabitable state on purchase. This is the stuff that solicitors don't tell you that everyone needs to know! Highly recommend!
