Excellent. I was sceptical initially, then had a call and felt hopeful, then during the process optimistic and finally delighted to receive the stamp refund in full (less fees of course - which seems perfectly fair to me). If you can claim this refund (which they will explain), grab it.

I was initially dubious of the advert believing it maybe a scam. However, once reading the contract and speaking to Eve, she had reassured my thoughts and ultimately gave a very professional and honest service. My situation was very close to the 4 year threshold but Eve worked hard and fast tracked my application in time. I would highly recommend if your situation meets the criteria.
