Frustrating and rude experience with this company. Still unresolved because they were so unhelpful, however from the reviews it seems like the warranty is a waste of money anyway so I guess it won't even really matter. Rude advisor on the phone. Won't throw money down the drain on getting Staingard warranty again and will warn others not to as well.

The company is very customer focused, from the initial phone call, to emailing me the request form and programming in the work, all was very easy and quick.
The Technician who did the work was on time and very friendly, and we were very happy with the result.

Within 24 hours of me submitting a request an appointment was made, the technician attended, assessed the issue, approved my claim and fixed the furniture as good as new. Very polite professional and knowledgable. Brilliant service, I am very happy.

I was encouraged to take out this 5 year guarantee on the Stressless suite that I purchased in November 2021.
After noticing some discolouration/ peeling on one of the swivel chairs I contacted the company on the day of discovery. As soon as the technician arrived he defend it to be “fair wear and tear” also stating that where the discolouration/ peeling was was a common fault on this chair! I paid £7199.00 for this suite and £200.00 for the so called cover of fabric/ accidental damage. This was a genuine claim as it is very easy to say fair wear and tear. This suite is 20 months old and used by 2 people in their 70’s who are extremely well versed in the care of such items.
Don’t waste your money as it just seems they are looking for a way out of honouring the guarantee as fair wear and tear is not covered in very small print.
