We moved from Sweden to France and sadly it was my worst moving ever ( I already moved 24 times, so I am a bit aware of it). The delivery was delayed for one week. They overcharged the invoice with extra volume that had never been moved (22cbm for 17.5cbm in reality).Sadly, they don't want to talk about some compensation or refounding
Moreover, they broke a lot of stuff including an ancient wall clock.
To finish with, instead of working, they were much more interrested in "fika" and in their mobile phones than in their job. Deserves a 0

We move from Australia to Sweden and we have a smooth and less stressful experience due to great service. Excellent communication throughout, prompt responses, very helpful at each level of interaction (administration, movers), very satisfied with the service. We cannot recommend enough. Thank you

Very communicative and responsive when coming in contact with SBK Moving. I moved from Sweden to Canada and experienced no issues whatsoever when shipping my boxes. They were able to deliver in a timely manner, with nice and professional staff who always made sure to answer my questions. The whole process from door to door took about 8 weeks. Can only recommend this company if you move abroad!

Job was done very professionally. Our instructions was followed and all the details in shipping was handled with care. I anticipated delays in transport between continents and various ports. I'm glad I learn to track my container by international marine system.

I moved from Thailand to Sweden and it was very smooth. The crew in Thailand packed everything up very nicely and three weeks later it was all in Sweden and the local crew was very nice and professional and carried it all up to my apartment.

I am not at all satisfied with their service. I asked for 20 boxes and they packed only 18 and charged additional fee, left so many things in my house. Even their delivery is also horrible as they keep on postponing the delivery date multiple times. After 1 month, my delivery is completed. They informed the delivery in 2 hours and expected that I will be available. Never use this service. I don't recommend the at all.

I used them twice to move from Sweden to Switzerland and back. Had both times a really great experience and things worked really smoothly!

We sold our summer house in Sweden and needed a few pieces of furniture moved to London. After contacting SBK the furniture got picked up by two friendly, efficient men and same experience in London upon receipt of the goods. We moved from Sweden to the UK in June 2020 but could only bring half of our belongings. Summer 2021 we had the remaining half moved by SBK. Due to travel restrictions we weren’t able to go back to Sweden so my brother very kindly supervised the packing. He couldn’t praise the guys enough. His feedback to me was that they were really friendly and super efficient. When it came to delivering our belongings to us in the UK, I cannot fault Erik and Niklas. They were brilliant and kept me up to date of their whereabouts and estimated arrival time. Our boxes, furniture and various bits and pieces were unloaded in a very friendly and professional manner. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend SBK.

Shipment was received and everything was intact. The driver offered to help me unpack, but i didn't need that service. He put all the boxes in the correct place in the apartment. Got notice of every step of the way, when it arrived to sweden, when it was cleared in customs, when it had arrived at distribution point and the day before it was supposed to be deliverd they contacted me to set up the time.

My experience with SBK moving was perfect, timely updates, smooth communication, and reliable delivery. My full recommendations.
