I'd seen a couple of reviews mentioning slow delivery so I was a bit wary, but mine arrived within 8 days and they kept me update throughout. The pendants are beautiful too, really well made. Glad I didn't let the other reviews put me off.

Save yourself the heartache…DO NOT ODER from this company. They send you the wrong product, ignore your messages and refuse to refund your money. Absolutely useless!!

I ordered some shower holders and they took ages to arrive, once they did you could tell it was sent straight from China. i asked for a refund as it says they give this straight to you if you change your mind before 30 days. The email i received they said i can either send the product back to China and pay the delivery fees which would be between £30-£50 or i can have a 10% refund.
I can't believe how bad this company is! avoid at all costs! also still not had the 10% back.

Poor quality, spent $850 AUD and the light is cheap, flimsy and crooked. Have reached out multiple times, sent many emails, all have gone unresponsive. Box it came it was broken and poorly packaged. Would not buy from here. Maybe this review will prompt them to reply to my many unanswered emails and refund me.

This company has terrible service. Supplied the incorrect product and will not replace or refund the amount with return. Instead offering a 20% discount on a product I cannot use. Twice! Absolutely shameful business practice!

I've been slowly doing up our house for about two years now and I am so particular about everything matching the aesthetic I have in my head — my husband thinks I'm completely mad. I'd been searching for ages for something that felt considered and a bit different without being over the top, and Stack & Clear just gets it. The craftsmanship is genuinely lovely. It's the kind of thing where you notice the little details the longer you have it. Arrived quickly, well packaged, and the whole website experience was easy and straightforward. Already eyeing up a few other things for the spare room.

Terrible quality. They make themselves out to be luxury and the prices are so high compared to what you get. The packaging made it clear that this item was sent directly from china and the product quality is so awful and cheap. Also took ridiculously long to arrive. Do not order from this company unless you want to be scammed.

After 3 weeks of waiting for a simple purcase I have been told they are awaiting shipping !
I’ve wasted an electricians time , my own money and really have given up hope of seeing any lights from this company.
Not good enough Stack and Clear and would actually go as far as to say utter rubbish. I’ve basically paid £110 for absolutely nothing!

Does what it says on the tin. Good quality, arrived on time, looks great. Only giving 4 stars because the box had a small dent in it — product itself was fine though. Would buy again.

Bought the matcha set as a gift for my mum and she loved it. Will be ordering again.

Right so I wasn't sure about ordering lights online because you never really know what you're going to get do you. But I took the chance on these three pendants for above our dining table and oh my god I'm so glad I did. My partner was a bit sceptical at first, kept saying we should just go to a shop, but even he had to admit they look absolutely stunning once they were up. The dinner table has gone from just... a table... to a proper focal point of the room. We had friends round for dinner last Saturday and the first thing everyone commented on was the lights. One of my friends has already asked me where I got them from! Packaging was really secure, nothing rattling around or damaged. Fitting was straightforward enough, we did have an electrician come and do it properly but he said they were well made and easy to work with. Couldn't be happier honestly.

Ordered in December, arrived in late March. Customer service respond but refuse to provide any useful assistance. Products the arrived are very poor quality, were very poorly package (beware unwrapping of tons of small particles of foam!). Would high advise to avoid this store, it is not legit.

Was nervous about the size, ceiling pendants always look different in real life than in photos. Dimensions listed on the site were spot on though. Does what it says, looks what it looks. Happy with it.

Came across the site and wasn't sure what to expect, these things can go either way. Ordered a floor lamp and a table lamp both arrived well packed, good quality, no issues. Pleasantly surprised. Already looking at what to order next.

Sent a light with incomplete parts - the company couldn’t give me a list of components or instructions. I had to supply info I found online. Find the light and Google it - it’s all from China anyway. You’ll find it cheaper and possibly complete. Customer service were professional but absolutely useless. I paid $250 for half a light our friend had to dodgy together. I could have a “15-20% discount” on a replacement.

Wasn't sure which pendant would work above my dining table so I messaged them. Got a really useful reply, not just a generic"check our collection" response. Went with their suggestion and it looks perfect. Good people.

Ordered the Travertine pendant light for my kitchen renovation and it took about a week longer than the estimated delivery window. Honestly would've been annoyed if they hadn't reached out proactively I got an email explaining there was a delay with the shipment and a follow-up a few days later with the updated tracking. The lamp itself is absolutely worth the wait. Quality feels very premium for the price, and installation was straightforward. Would've given 5 stars if the timing had matched, but the communication made it a non-issue.

It took a little while for the lights to arrive but they look good, just as shown on the website. The customer service team were responsive. Would buy from them again.

Ordered a $130 door mat, received it and it looks nothing like the photo, different material, different backing, different everything! I emailed them for a full refund and they have refused this request. They said I can post it back to china and cover all the fees associated with that, or receive 10% back which is $13…..
disgusting product, disgusting customer service, disgusting company!

The very helpful personnel in customer support sorted out the wrongly entered delivery address. They were efficient, polite and patient as I was really concerned I wouldn't manage to have it corrected. They communicated for a number of days 7-10 Feb and got everything in order. I am looking forward to a lovely coat rack arriving at my home address !!!
