We understand that return costs can be frustrating, and we’d like to explain how our pricing works.
The 29 SEK shipping fee reflects our carrier’s charges – it’s based on weight and delivery address, and we don’t make any profit from it.
The shipping protection is automatically calculated from your order value, but it’s completely optional.
As for return shipping – we hope you understand that we’re unable to cover these costs. In some cases, customers order many items with the intention of returning most of them, and this makes it difficult for us to absorb return costs without raising prices for everyone. If returns were used less frequently in this way, we would gladly take on a greater share of the expense.
The return fee itself comes from your country’s freight handler. In addition, our warehouse charges for processing the return: receiving the item, inspecting it, and ensuring it’s ready for resale. This takes both time and resources, and we’re billed for it. Unlike some other companies that discard returned goods, we choose to resell them when possible – to reduce waste and protect the environment.
