We recently had a IWI installed at our property in Edinburgh. Initial contact within SSG was very good with flat survey carried out quickly and installation booked in at timescales that suited us. Unfortunately we subsequently encountered a few issues which included the proposed start date being delayed and with communication, where the co-ordination of work between SSG and their chosen sub contractors fell short. This may have been due to absence / holidays at SSG however ultimately we should not have been involved in sorting this out or having work carried out over a weekend. Overall experience was however positive and work appears to have been completed to a good standard.

I had internal wall insulation installed and received excellent service from start to finish. The whole process was easy and everything was explained clearly by the surveyor. The team were professional, friendly, and completed the job to a very high standard. I’m delighted with the finished result and would highly recommend this company.

I had my storage heaters upgraded last month and could not be happier with them , exceptional customer service from office staff who where very friendly and accommodating ,

On install the electrician last where very friendly and helpful and left no mess after completion

Had our internal wall insulation done by SSG Retrofit in March. From the initial contact to arrange the quote to the installers who attended I cannot fault them. Communication the whole way was great and the installers kept us updated on where they were at with the job. Would highly recommend.
