My w/machine had a programming fault…
My w/machine had a programming fault which Stuart sorted out in minutes. He did not try to blind me with science and showed me what to do if the fault reoccurred. I was glad that this was not a major issue and was happy to pay for the callout.

Great service, no hidden costs
Quick response to initial email query. Up front and accurate on service charges, no hidden extras.
Had to order a spare part and return but all this happened in good time and the service was great.

Very courteous
Very courteous. However, online site states 'same or next day' service I had to wait 5 days and engineer found nothing wrong with machine the problem was/is the power socket which was not for him to repair. However, he informed me that he'd replaced 'bushes' as worn- I wasn't asked if I wanted them replaced!

Very efficient was quoted next day for engineer to come he actually rang me and offered to come that day ! Can't get better than that. Back up and working straight away.
