Wow what a responsive business
Wow what a responsive business! .. the courier used delivered my package to the wrong address. I contacted SRSLY as soon as I realised and they sent me out another package the same day. They will be taking up the lost package issue with the courier service.
For me, hassle free, very responsive and polite exchange with SRSLY . ... Not to mention my yummy order . Will definitely used again for my Keto items Thank you so much 🙏 x

I love this company

Conning customers into a subscription - Updated
Update 9th July 2026:
I'm please to be able to update this review to reflect the fact that the website has been changed so that "Subscription" is no longer the default option.
The good:
My wife is diabetic and alergic to pretty much all available medication; so, the only way to manage her sugar levels is dietry, i.e. limiting carbohydrate intake. These products are good and helpful for her needs.
The bad:
I ordered three items today and two of them ended up as subsrictions by default. This constritutes sharp practice. When ordering, the single purchase option is off the bottom of the screen so users do not necessarily even notice that there is a choice to be made. By all means offer customers a subsriction but this should not be a default option.
The ugly:
To make matters worse, cancelling a subsription has been made deliberately difficult and this is a worse crime in my view.

Be wary of automated subscription
The issue I have is that the company automatically put you into an automated subscription. This has happened to me a week after my purchase. I tried to cancel after getting an email saying that my pizza order is with Evri.
I emailed to cancel as I never wanted a repeat order. This should be at the discretion of the buyer, not everybody will be aware of the process.
In my opinion doing this is an easy way of making money as it becomes too late for people to cancel, they never did respond to my email.

We tried SRSLY low carb products , and found they weren’t for us , we reported this to SRSLY and they gave us a full refund and explained the reasons for us not getting on with the products ,
Full marks for SRSLY stepping up and addressing our thoughts ,
Although not for us , the products were delivered very fresh with a long shelf life.

New to the brand and bought to help…
New to the brand and bought to help with keto diet as was missing bread soo much ! Tried the fruit loaf. TBH slightly disappointed with the taste. Would prefer more spice in it. Will maybe try adding some cinnamon to my butter next time. Love the wraps and will continue to purchase. Bought the starter pack to try and see what worked for me. Can recommend for ease of purchase and delivery Pricing was good too.

Excellent Company
I have a monthly subscription and I love the food, it is great that following a low carb diet to help control my type 1 diabetes I am able to still enjoy bread and pizza and the occasional sweet treat. The fruit loaf is wonderful. The only issue I have is that they tend to use Evri as a delivery company and sometimes Evri let them (and me) down. When things do go wrong though, customer services are always very helpful and issues are resolved.

Light & Tasty
Love the products, never disappointed. I have used the pizza bases, bought prepared pizza and had the fruit loaf. For my personal preference I love the wraps, these are so light and tasty. Have them most days with either chicken or tuna. I also make breakfast wraps with scrambled egg and bacon medallions. I tend to order 4 packs so it saves on postage.
