Gold Star Product, Gold Star Service
I've been getting mostly rolls for a few years now. And, apart from a few delivery glitches early on, the delivery service has been superb (by Royal Mail).
The rolls are, and always have been, exceptionally good.
I have spoken to their help line a few times and every time got great service, helpful and friendly.
If you are on a keto or low carb diet definitely try their products.

Very good low carb bread
The products are great and the low carb loafs are really tasty, especially the seeded loaf. However, delivery via EVRI often seems to be delayed.

The Mini Croissants are amazing!
Either as savoury or dessert, I slice 2 horizontally, and for former, I fry them both sides in garlic flavoured olive oil, until both sides are brown and crispy. Then have cooked bacon pieces and parts of fried eggs on their top.
For dessert, again sliced horizontally, I apply Creme Fraiche or clotted cream, than add a little low carb berry jam - or if that's not available, some chopped strawberries/raspberries. Both delicious!

Not as good as it used to be.
After several years of using SRsly I have decided to stop. The wraps are now odd shaped and thicker than they used to be which doesn’t work as well for filling them up. I also find the shipping cost quite steep. I’ve generally enjoyed the products, but with more low carb options available in the supermarkets it’s time to save a few more pounds!

Most like 'normal' bread but small.
A low-carb diet had been recommended by my GP and I so switched to low carb bread. SRSLY was the closest to 'normal' bread of all the brands that I tried, so I continued to buy it.
My reluctance to award all 5 stars is two-fold: the slices are slightly 'rubbery in texture (slicing sandwiches can be a tussle to keep them intact!) and the loaves are small that after 2-3 lunchboxes, they're gone!

I can't fault this company
I can't fault this company. I ordered some wraps and they were delivered the next day. I've tried most of their baked goods and although nothing will ever taste like traditional high carb products, SRSLY Low Carb is the next best thing.

Its great to have toast again! I missed bread so much after being diagnosed with T2D , and so many other lo-carb breads tasted naff. SRSLY loaves are now a regular in our fridge - greatstuff!
And supportwise, there were a couple of stumbles along the way, maybe my doing, maybe theirs... but they were incredibly gracious in putting things right.

I was amazed how quickly delivery arrived. The wraps and bread rolls are very good . I am on Keto many years and have to say that it not easy to find clean keto products, this company does not use seed oil . I shall order again .

Great Keto treats to keep me on track
I have been ordering from this company since I started Keto last year. As with any eating programme the boredom can set in and I craved bread and bagels. I started by ordering the seeded loaf and fruit loaf then went the whole hog and ordered the keto bundle which consisted of bread, wraps, bagels & fruited bread. Love the bagels toasted with smoked salmon and cream cheese, a taste of luxury without the guilt. I always separate everything so I can freeze half and I find all the products last well stored in a dark cupboard. I will continue to order to help me on my keto journey, now 42 pounds less than I was 6 months ago.
