Experiența mea cu Simpson Removals Ltd a fost foarte proastă. Nu au respectat înțelegerea stabilită și au dat dovadă de lipsă totală de profesionalism. Comunicarea a fost slabă, iar modul de lucru dezamăgitor.
Din punctul meu de vedere, sunt neserioși și nu aș recomanda această firmă nimănui.
Do not use these cowboys .We moved on 2nd April after having a gentleman called Duncan give us a price ,Duncan was told wot we were taking and wot we were leaving behind everything was itemised. When it came to the actual move HALF the stuff couldn’t fit onto the van . I was so annoyed that we then had to remove the rest of the stuff ourselves. This should have never been the case .After complaining to the company No one has responded. Poor poor service shouldn’t be able to rip people of like this Please beware guys I’d never recommend this company there customer service is appalling

Apologies I believe you must have another company mixed up with S R Simpson Removals Ltd.
S R Simpson Removals Ltd has been an inactive company for about a year and half now and haven’t performed any removal jobs since, making your review incorrect to that of the company name.
If someone has provided my company name in falsehood to hide their own company name then I’m more than happy to help you find out who that was if they are stating they are someone else. I believe that to be fraudulent also so I would advise notifying the authorities of the company that they are doing this.
Could I also please request that this review be deleted from my company’s name account as future work is still a possibility should I become active again, and this is not a fair or true reflection on previous activity from my company.
Edited in - I have requested information from you to contact you about this as I feel very strongly about being misrepresented, and feel for you if you have been lied to about what company you have used, especially if they left you short and used my name as a cover, as I say I’m pretty sure that rubs on the illegal.

These guys are absolutely brilliant; so professional, helpful and friendly, from start to finish.
Scott was happy to answer my many many anxiety-ridden questions before I chose to go ahead with their support. I had nothing to worry about - they arrived promptly, kept us in the loop, packed the luton in tetris-professional style, unpacked on the other end and went above and beyond to help us move into our new home.
We moved from Basingstoke to Norwich, and if we were to ever move again, Scott and his team would be the first I'd turn to.
It is worth noting that I was quoted almost £1000 more by other local movers than I was charged by S.R. Simpson removals.

I was completely satisfied with the removal service Scott provided. He was quick to respond with a very competitive quote and was available on a Saturday (our preferred day). Scott took a lot of time and care of the items to be moved from Berkshire to Dorset, ensuring that everything was safely secured and protected in the removal van. He and Myles were extremely courteous and carefully unloaded the items and installed them in the house in Dorset. I will definitely be using Scott's removal service again! Thank you!
The long distance removal went very smoothly. Loading and unloading was extremely fast, nothing was damaged and the removal Guys very polite delivering service with the smile! Cannot ask for more. Very happy!

I am a bit disappointed with their service. To ask for a quotation, I captured a video of my belongings. They gave me a price which is reasonable (I would say, price is the cheapest among other quotations). They do require a deposit and VAT, so added in the price is cheapest. They said they do offer a "Best Price Guarantee", but as there is a deposit, and VAT added in the price, which is a bit confusing to me.
On the day of removal, although they came on time as promised, they walked into my flat without taking off their muddy shoes or using their own rugs. They do have some rugs, but I did not ask for this, and also, they did not offer them. Both worked very fast and stepped into the bedroom, I can understand this because they are working at that time. I did prepare some used towels on the floor to avoid and dirty on the carpet which is difficult to be cleaned at my end of the tenancy agreement.
Halfway through the removal, they said there were more boxes than agreed and asked for more money. I understand that is my fault also because I did not fully pack everything, as my packing is still ongoing. However, although there is no large furniture or white goods as promised, I was willing to increase the price again.
In the end, I am paying quite a lot compared to other quotations. I just pay hoping they continue to remove my belongings and bring to other places.
When arriving the new places, they unloaded all the belongings. As I didn’t want a dirty carpet, I did not dare to ask them to put some belongs on the second floor.
Ultimately, I had learnt my lesson and will make sure I ask the price in detail (e.g. deposit included the price, +VAT).

I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service due to the increase in price and muddy shoes.
In terms of muddy shoes, you had told me upon arrival you had laid down cardboard for us to walk on in the flat, and asked me when arriving at the new house if we could take belongings upstairs for you, this is where I said of course and offered the rugs to lay down on the carpet going upstairs, however you did not take them, as it was raining you decided to run the items upstairs yourself.
As for the price, the quotation was provided which of course VAT is then paid, I asked for a deposit in the form of a percentage of that quote rather than the quote plus the additional deposit, this is standard when confirming dates. In terms of the increase in price, the quote was provided on the basis of what was in the video packed - once we cleared your front room it was then re filled with boxes that you were currently packing as we were working, this in turn meant another trip between your flat and home which in turn costs labour and time, prices are adjusted in those situations.
I’m sorry you don’t feel completely satisfied, however we did complete the job in great time for you, and handled all belongings with care.
