Overall, a thumbs up to SRC
The SRC team were great, being a first time buyer I was unsure on the process. I did find it a bit frustrating at certain points because the list of documents needed wasn’t fully clear on the portal and I had to keep adding things upon request but overall I had a very positive experience, especially with Josh, he was very helpful, polite and clear. Thanks Josh!

I can't rate them any higher!
I am a first time buyer delighted to finally be getting onto the property ladder through Shared Ownership! I received excellent advice and support from Jack Avery and Toni Letchfield throughout the entire financial process and am really happy to be moving forward with my purchase!
Toni took time to guide me through the reams of paperwork and Jack answered all of my questions on the different type of mortgages and their durations. He was also really patient with me when explaining mortgage protection and insurance requirements.
I am so thankful that an intimidating process was made that much smoother, easier and quicker, thanks to SRC Financial!

Excellent service
My Mortgage Advisor, Amy, guided me through the process from start to finish and took time explaining all of the options. I really appreciated the time she took helping me understand the products and everything went seamlessly. I can't fault SRC and will be using them again in future.
