Hi so I got the product and I was assuming it was gonna be engraved but it’s almost like it’s printed over and not really engraved so was disappointed. Packaging was top notch best I have ever seen but the product was lacking durability and quality for the price I paid

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you were pleased with the packaging, but we're sorry that the finished product didn't meet your expectations.

Our products are professionally printed rather than engraved, and we understand this may have been different from what you were expecting. We're also sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the durability and perceived quality of the product.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Customer feedback helps us continue improving both our products and the overall experience we provide. If there's anything our team can do to address your concerns, we'd be happy to assist.

Looks good. Only issue is that the drilled holes were larger than I expected but should be able to make it work.
