My experience was extremely disappointing. The workplace felt toxic, the workload was excessive, and employee wellbeing seemed to come last.
Management is a joke! The constant turnover in the team says a lot. People come and go rapidly, while only a few manage to stay.
Some conditions were not made clear when I was hired. For example, I was not told that annual leave was restricted during the first six months, and a sports benefit that was initially free later became partially paid.
If you're considering joining, Think twice!
