I have been a member for years paying monthly. More recently they began limiting use even if you are looking at reports already in your history. I don't make use of my account all the time but I still pay monthly for the ability to check mine and my family's reports. Today I went to use my account and it had been deactivated, and I was being offered to reactivate it for 7 times what I have been paying for years.So I called customer service. In a nutshell, I was offered a lot of b s and then a payment that would have doubled what I used to pay. I went back and forth with the representative who was trying not to give me a supervisor when I asked for one. When the supervisor finally came on the line, this is what I found out. My credit card had experienced fraud. So my monthly payment, which was on autopay, did not go through. They automatically canceled my account without notification. In january of this year. This prompts the re up at a higher price. They claimed it was happening to every customer. But that was untruebecause when I asked when this supposed increase went into effect, they said the year prior but it was because they automatically canceled my account with no notification.That they could increase the amount. Then, claim, no ability to put it back to what I was paying. I'm sure this will be a class action in the brewing. If a lot of people have experienced all this lack of notification. In a timely fashion of policy changes. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this company. Their information is very limited anyway. For the prices,they charge or intend to charge in the future. I see a class action in the making.
