Another beautifully presented plant from Sproutl
Received my magnolia this morning. Beautifully packaged as always from Sproutl and in the correct time slot. Plant perfect, lots of buds just about to flower. I am so pleased I’m about to order another as a birthday present. I’ve given plants from Sproutl to my friends and family and they’ve been delighted with the quality.

Disappointing
I was sent a Swiss cheese plant and a plant pot as a gift. The plant and pot arrived separately. The plant had only 3 leaves, 2 of which were damaged. The pot arrived over a week later, and bore a price tag even though it was supposed to be a gift (I think the pot was overpriced). Customer service responded quite promptly but did not replace the plant even after they had requested (and I had sent) photos showing the damage. The whole experience was disappointing and not worthy of the love and consideration that the gift was intended to convey.

As a small start-up business with big ambition, we are trying our best to ensure that we have happy customers, and it’s really disappointing that we didn’t succeed this time - we will do all we can to make sure that this doesn’t happen again.
In terms of your plant, we are working hard with our partners to ensure that all plants are of the highest quality and given the right love and attention before being sent out. Monstera deliciosas of this size and maturity often only have a small number of leaves, but we’re so sorry that one of them had some cosmetic damage in this case. As living things, plants sometimes have imperfections, but we believe this is what makes them beautiful. Luckily, this Swiss Cheese plant will be large and lush in no time, given the right care (we even noticed a fleck of variegation on its leaf - a highly prized thing for Monstera collectors)! We hope that you find caring for your plant, and presenting it proudly in the home as rewarding as we do.
We can only apologise for the delay in your pot getting received, and ensure you that we’re doing all we can to get our operational processes up to the high standards both our customers and Sproutl expect.

Great products but excessive packaging!
Impressed with Sproutl for their variety and fast delivery. But only 4 stars because even though the pots were well-packaged which I appreciate is necessary with earthenware, it was an excessive amount! Literally one small pot wrapped in a box and then put inside another large box with copious amounts of those annoying foam pieces. Even the delivery woman was shocked at how much cardboard and packaging there was. Let alone the absolute pain of having to dispose of it all. So big thumbs up for products and service but Sproutl, you need to go easier on the packaging!

Fast delivery, quality plants
My order arrived within 24 hours, beautifully packaged with a handwritten gift card. The plant arrived looking lovely and well taken care of, the pot arrived without a scratch on it.
Looking forward to using Sproutl again the next time I need to send someone a birthday gift!

A Beginner
As a beginner to buying plants, I learnt a lot through Sproutl and am impressed by the services they have to offer! I feel well informed as the product informatiot, tips and planting directions have been really useful. I am delighted with my first few plants and they arrived in excellent condition and beautiful packaging. I look forward to my next purchase - already eyeing up the Veritable Indoor Garden!

Highly recommend - great value and brilliant products
Such a brilliant site! I bought £200 of various plants and pots for my sister's 40th birthday. They all arrived on time, well packaged, very efficiently with excellent communication. I managed to get SO MANY for the price, I was really impressed! The plants were all in a perfect condition and look fantastic. I found the site easy to navigate and products well priced. Overall couldn't recommend more - definitely the best of the sites out there and less expensive even than the garden centres!
