Ho ricevuto in regalo uno zaino spyground e dopo 3 mesi di utilizzo saltuario è praticamente da buttare, ho avuto zaini che costavano un quarto di questi e mi sono durati anni con utilizzo intensivo, questi sono solo belli da vedere ma la qualità è veramente pessima, ovviamente l'assistenza se ne lava le mani.
Non consiglio assolutamente il brand

Nonostante il prezzo elevato, la plastica che riveste lo zaino è di pessima qualità. Là dove tende a piegarsi dopo un po' di tempo si rompe. A me è successo dopo soli 4 mesi dall'acquisto. Inaccettabile per uno zaino da 140€. SCONSIGLIATO

dopo pochi giorni di utilizzo si è staccata la gomma di una delle ruote, rendendo difficile l 'utilizzo di un trolley così grande anche considerata la nostra età (75).ho contattato direttamente l azienda produttrice , che peraltro sembra essere a pochi km dalla nostra residenza.Mi ha risposto un funzionario sig Ken che molto cortesemente mi ha liquidato in quanto a suo dire "non sono attrezzati per fare assistenza ai prodotti che vendono". In realtà desideravo solo acquistare una o meglio 2 ruote di ricambio.Non mi sembra una richiesta strana anche considerato che non è propriamente un oggetto di primo prezzo.

Do not buy it. It has poor quality and material. It does not last kore than 6 months and they will mor recognise the warranty.

I ordered a bundle straight from them and they sent all but one bag and that bag was sold out. Customer service was unhelpful and only offered a store credit to which I don't want any of their stuff at this point.

The sprayground bag I purchased for my daughter was in terrible condition after a few months. I contacted the company and was told that it was just wear and tear, but my daughter takes care of her items. I only was offered 15% off a new bag but I don't want to take them up on that with the poor quality.

So, I purchased my backpack in June, and I use it daily for my tasks. I work a very dynamic job as a digital marketer here in Kosovo, and my job demands that I have my gear with me all the time. But ofc, I had to purchase SPRAYGROUND because I had to look cool too.

Through all that wear, tears appeared, which wasn’t the best sight to see considering the pricing.

I went to their customer support thinking my email would end up never being opened — happens most of the time with many corporates — but Sakura from support replied to me immediately, and I am very grateful to her that she didn’t use AI to reply to me but actually took her time to address my concern. Thank you, Sakura.

I later had to prove my purchase from the retailer here in Kosovo — easy process — and then SPRAYGROUND gave me store credit equal to the cost of the same backpack. Now I am wiser and will get a different material for an everyday backpack and keep my SpongeBob one as a souvenir of how a company that actually cares, and is aware that it’s selling to real people, handles its business.

All of this process took less than 2–3 days — unbelievable tbh.

Not sure why people are giving 1-star reviews, but we are all different, and this makes us interesting. <3

Dopo 1 mese , la borsa cascava a pezzi, pagata 190€ , i colori scomparivano sulle pieghe , peccato che non si può dare un voto inferiore a 1 ...ah si, ovviamente non rispondono a nessuna mail, spero veramente che qualcuno legga questa recensione e si salvi nel buttare soldi in questa marca

i got very fast customer service and they were very nice and helped solved my problem. the only thing i would’ve liked better is the money back instead of store credit but i’m sure they can’t change that. other than that very great help thank you so much.

Cerniera rotta dopo 10 mesi, contattato l'assistenza Sprayground in quanto lo zaino è stato acquistato direttamente sul loro sito. Rispondono che sono passati 6 mesi e quindi non possono intervenire. Pazzesco. Basta leggere le varie recensioni per vedere che è un problema comune, segno della scarsa qualità del prodotto e del servizio clienti.

These bags aren't worth that much!! I ordered a small bag, and then they charged me taxes I didn't expect. The quality of the bag shocked me; it looked like it came from AliExpress. The threads were sticking out, the braid was crooked! The whole shape of the bag was crooked. It looked cheap!

I got a notification on 8/29/25 saying my package was delivered but when I went to go look 3 minutes later there was nothing I looked at my cameras I have and it never seen a package at my door steps or mailbox it’s been three days and I still haven’t got a refund for it terrible customer service.

If I could give a negative review, I would. I purchase two backpacks on August 8 when I got a shipping notification on August 9 and my expected delivery date was August 18. I tracked it for 12 days where it sat at the same shipping facility 45 minutes from my home in CA for 4 days. When I called FedEx they were little to no help stating they don’t know why it hasn’t moved. I called Sprayground where I also received little to no help. I called for three days where I finally received a shipping update that my package was backtracked to Indiana where it stayed at that shipping facility since August 21 until today August 26 where the newest update is that it left the carrier facility at 5:30am. Sprayground shipping says 5-9 business days… Its been 17 days since my shipping notification. It is expected to get to me Wednesday, August 27. Reading some of these other reviews, I am anxious to even receive them, hoping they’re not damaged in any way. These were my boys’ school backpacks and waiting 20 days to receive them when the website says HALF that time, is upsetting and unacceptable.

I bought a bag for my daughter, and the experience was terrible. The bag arrived with a slit in it, and I sent them pictures as proof. Despite that, they gave me an extremely hard time. The customer service was rude and unhelpful. I won’t be buying from them again. Smh.

When I order a backpack on January 15 and it is August and it still has not came scam don’t order from sprayground.

Top tier communication, excellent customer service which led to a memorable experience

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. From quality of products to quality of customer service and everything in between…OUTSTANDING. I like that they show sold out forever items because you can search for them on aftermarket sites like eBay. But I’ve learned that if you really like a style released, buy it. As for the couple of customer service issues in which I had to contact them, they responded in a more than efficient manner and rectified any issues above and beyond my expectations. I would work for this company if I could because I believe in their product, the quality of the bags themselves, the innovative styles and their customer service…which ranks up there with the best I’ve had to deal with in other companies. Just wanted to leave a review because I feel this company warrants it!
