Horrendous experience, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Sport tickets office sell tickets they do not have and then mark them up further after you have purchased in order to further maximise extortionate pricing
They promise tickets will arrive 1-5 days before the event, yet in practice they leave you hanging on wondering where your tickets are until the day of the event
They then email you saying they can’t provide the tickets you’ve paid for but they have managed to secure some for more money, and for you to pay that to be able to go to the event. They do this so close to the event that you don’t have the opportunity to do anything else other than either not go to the event, or just pay the money.
I used this company for tickets to go to a Liverpool game in the UK as part of a Christmas present and had planned a trip around the event. To experience this really soured what was to be an exciting day for me was really disappointing
The stress of not having tickets until the day of the event, plus the absolute lack of communication and then to hear that the huge price we have already paid is going to further increase for us to be able to get the tickets we have order is frankly disgraceful. If I could do more to put people of using this company and to claim back the extra pricing gouging that happened I would. PLEASE DO NOT USE
*Addition* All the good reviews are fake - all saying 4 or 5 stars and commenting on how it would be better if this tickets came a bit sooner. They’re all fake. I left the above review in January and they challenged it and had it reviewed, and it was removed. There would be hundreds of reviews that are negative and have been removed.
To reiterate, this company is an absolute fraud, worst company I have ever dealt with. I will keep reposting this review every time they unfairly remove it to hopefully stop you from having the same terrible experience I had. Please avoid!

I have been fighting this company for three months now. Have now referred me to trip advisor again for to readjust my review. It’s now even worse than my first experience and I’m still fighting to get my money refund. They emailed me 24 hrs before my football tickets were due and told me that the tickets could no longer be supplied, but funnily enough, if I paid more money I might be able to purchase more expensive tickets? I subsequently declined their offer and accepted their offer to accept a refund for the tickets purchased. Nothing was heard from them about my refund till one hour and nine minutes before kickoff… only to to be told that my tickets have been emailed to me. Now, although I accept that the tickets finally turned up I would have to argue that I was completely ripped off as they wanted me to pay an even more ridiculous amount.. I am still fighting to get my money back via my credit card company. I had to cancel hotels booked at considerable cost to myself and family and am annoyed that a refund has not been given. I would advise people in future to book with more credible companies and avoid this one like the plague. Absolute rip off!!

Terrible experience. I bought Arsenal vs Leeds United tickets, only to be told later that the supplier failed to provide them. The company promised a refund in 1–20 business days. That deadline has long passed, yet no refund has been received.

I have emailed multiple times, including a formal follow-up on September 22, but they simply ignore me. This is unacceptable. They failed to deliver the tickets, failed to issue the refund, and failed to communicate.

I will now be escalating this with my bank and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Tickets to a Formula 1 event were sent in electronic format six hours AFTER the event had started. Plus the tickets that were paid for and confirmed were substituted with cheaper tickets at a completely different tribune location. Customer service unresponsive. Terrible experience.

Acquistati a luglio 3 biglietti per il match di Community Shield Liverpool vs Crystal Palace del 10/08/2025 a Wembley. Conferma ricevuta immediatamente. Biglietti arrivati la mattina stessa del match, dopo miei numerosi e inutili solleciti dei giorni precedenti. Arrivato allo stadio, mi viene comunicato che i biglietti sono FAKE, consegnandomi un modulo per richiedere il rimborso attraverso il servizio antifrode della VISA Credit Card. A tutt'oggi non ho ottenuto nessun rimborso. Leggendo anche numerose altre recensioni simili alla mia, non capisco sinceramente perchè questo sito non viene chiuso dalla polizia. Si tratta di una compagnia di truffatori, che vende biglietti che evidentemente non ha e che cerca poi in qualche modo di reperire all'ultimo momento.

If there was worse than 1 star I would give it. Bought tickets in October 2024 for the last Everton match at Goodison in May 2025. At 2pm the day before the match they sent an email saying “tickets no longer available”. We had a hotel we could not cancel and despite a letter before court action and at least 3 emails saying we’dbe refunded, no refund. No communication either. Seriously do not riskusing this company. How they gat 5 star reviews I have no idea.

Found this site every easy to use, only thing the tickets arrived a day before we due to watch the match and found it worrying other than that we were happy with the service on the whole.

I brought these tickets as a thank you present to my partner who has been my absolute rock. I have been so unwell for the past 18 months and he has just been so supportive. I had some issues with downloading the ticket so my partner had some issues when entering the stadium. I purchased tickets to Chelsea vs AC Milan weeks in advance and received confirmation, even I got emails saying everything was ok and they was just accommodating the tickets day before the game, they cancel my order just 3 hours before the match, completely ruining my plans. They didn’t offer any alternative solution, just an email saying I would get a refund in “5 to 20 business days.” Highly unprofessional and completely unreliable. I will never buy from them again and strongly advise others to avoid this site.

This website is a complete sham, I ordered 2x 3-day tickets for SPA and having heard nothing from them on the Thursday sent several mails before I got a response and the response was they could only get me tickets for Fri and Sat. This meant I had to go on a different site and get tickets for Sunday which were inferior to what I paid these people but more than double the price.

There was absolutely no pro activity from them and no effort to sort out the problem. A complete con job and they should be banned from doing this.

I purchased 2 tickets 4 weeks prior to the game Everton v Roma, my son was coming over from Sweden to watch the game, he purchased flights and travel.
I emailed them 1 week before to ask for my e tickets, they replied saying “No problem, tickets are allocated 1-3 days before the game, don’t worry”.
I explained I need to know as my son is about to leave Sweden for the match.
I didn’t hear anything else and then today, the day before the game I emailed them chasing for the tickets.
The cheats told me the tickets could not be allocated now and we will get a refund!!!
They are liars, cheats and scammers and I have reported them.
We are now out of pocket to the tune of £500 and they couldn’t give a shit!
And I won’t hold my breath getting my £195 refund unpaid for the friendly game!!!!!!
Shame on you!!!!

In Jan 2025, I bought 4 tickets for Liverpools last home game of the season (vs Palace). I Spoke to the guy on the phone and he assured me 100% that I’d get the tickets. I paid £3K for 4 tickets and was told I’d receive them a few days before the event. Mid May, I reached out to them via email and was reassured that the tickets were there and would be sent couple days before the event. 3 days before the event, I got in touch again and this time was told I’d receive them on the day! On 25th May, Matchday, title celebrations at Anfeild! I had still not received my tickets, despite emailing 20+ times I got no response!! Then at 2.37pm I received the email below:

“The tickets you purchased for Liverpool vs Crystal Palace could not be sent due to a problem with the seller. If you have any questions about why this sale failed, you can contact us here. The relevant purchase has been canceled/refunded. It may take between 1-20 business days to reflect on your account.

Apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused.”

An hour and half before kick off and these cowboys sent me that email. All the money spent on travel, tickets and on accommodation and now I was stuck with no tickets, I was absolutely furious!! 😡

Luckily, I managed to get tickets last resort from someone outside the stadium, 4 for £4K and thankfully I got in at 3.45pm and managed to enjoy the game!!!

They emailed stating 1-20 working days for the refund, but this was not true. I kept emailing and was not responded to for days! When they did, they sent me a fake picture and gave me a fake ARN (bank reference number)! I ended up reporting them to my bank and they started the process to get my money back. Finally after 39 Business days, I got the money refunded! All thanks to my bank!!!

I have been left traumatised by these clowns and will never ever do business with them again. Reading the other negative reviews you can see exactly how this company operates! The ‘tickets’ they had for me must’ve been sold to someone else who paid more for them! On their website they don’t state how many tickets they have (like all the big companies do), which allows them to take as many interested clients money as possible, they then go out and look for the tickets!! Some people still have not been refunded yet!!!

Even the good reviews, I can assure you every single one of them were waiting anxiously for there tickets right up until the last moments before the games start. This is not how to do business!!

They lied to me, took my money, broke my trust and I’d never ever do business with them again!!!

This was a remarkably fluent and trustworthy agency. The process was seamless with personal email response from George our contact. I even received an email from him an hour before kick off to make sure we go in okay. It's worth paying a little bit more the peace of mind. With most tickets these days, don't expect them until the day before the event.

Horrible company, took my money 6 months ago for final game at Anfield then let me down and hour before match having already spent hundreds on flights and accommodation. Now withholding the refund still long after their promised 21 days. STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOT ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS.

We had tickets for the last Everton game at Goodison park, which we'd booked 5 months in advance, only to receive an email the day before stating we could not get the tickets. This was frustrating enough as my brother had travelled over 150 miles to watch the game. HOWEVER it has now been over a month and I have not received a refund which was promised to take 20 days... When emailing Sport Tickets they asked me to be patient??? Please avoid this company as I am not sure they are a scam!
