I am from India and I am a big fan of sportpesa.I used to bet on 1xbet etc but now I use sportpesa without any problem.Quick deposit and withdrawl proccess and quick chatting option.In a nut shell a complete package for betting.I am also utilise lucky numbers betting options for lotto.In India this is the one and only one option to bet on lucky numbers.Sports betting has also unique options and easy to use rather than other sites.After all you can bet the cheapest bet (1INR) to win.I would like to suggest and enhance sportspesa in India.Please add other options of payment although skrill,netellar and astropay is better choice in india.

shocking service.....closed my account as it was supposedly 'dormant'. they wont let me withdraw my balance and say my details must match those when i opened the account to get it reinstated. i've moved house so they wont be. in this day and age they should perhaps learn from comments and provide a good service.

Avoid this scam site .won over 4000usd with 445 usd currency equivalent ...they immediately blocked my account and asked me to provide evident that i own my mobile number .i did not use my mobile number for deposit nor withdrwal .just registration.i have fully verified my account and my payment method . They are scam company that can not pay big wins.it happens to my friends too.till now no responds from them and i cannot access my account anymore.

This is the worst website ever to open an account with. Firstly you can deposit money but can't withdraw unless you are a vip. Then there is a limit on. Withdrawal and the promise on the website is 3 days but money takes 15 days to arrive. And you can not have more than three pending withdrawals

I was a member for over a year, when I finally took up one of their offers that they had been sending to me all year, they refused to pay out. They said I have breached 5 terms, I have broken none. They have stolen 1K from me. DO NOT USE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

Then last week I couldn't log into my account. after couple of days I got this reply

"I regret to inform you that we have decided to close your account. As part of our sign-up and log in process Risk Management checks are carried out against our customers device numbers.

The device you used to interact with our website triggered an alert, and upon review it has been deemed the nature of that alert exceeds what is deemed to be an acceptable risk.

As such, the management team have decided not to continue the business relationship. Any funds held on deposit will be remitted to your account.

Please note, any future accounts registered within TGP Europe will be subject to the voiding of all winnings."

Ive got account with another sportsbook under TGP like but there was no rules against it. This account ive hadlong before my pesa

would give pesa a higher rating if not for this crap. these jokers should not have a license. can understand restrictions on players who win big frequently but no execuse for banning people who only make small stakes and lose less than they win

Illegally run bookmaker. I tried to open an account and was rejected despite never having had a bet with any of the businesses in the group. I made a subject access request and found out that they had purchased data about accounts I hold with other bookmakers which is in violation of GDPR regulations

Opened and verified an account placed bets won some lost some. One day suddenly limited to £1 bets.
This after I had lost 20% of my total bet amount. Apparently they ban losers, now no way I can ever get that lost money back.

Tried to register with them, they required a bank statement and driving license. A bit pushy but alright they're not the only bookie that requires that and I can see why they would, so I submit the documents and two days later I get an email saying they have been rejected because they don't accept the high resolution colour scanned documents and want photos instead? What the hell?

Looking through the other reviews I can see I dodged a bullet anyway, I'll take my money to other more trustworthy sites.

I have been using SportPesa fine and they were one of my favourite bookies. Then, corona virus hit and the UK (and world!) went into lock down. I am at my girlfriend's and we don't live together, but have my laptop with me. I signed into SportPesa and my account was closed due to logging in from different IP addresses.

I understand that, but the decision was made without any chance of explanation from myself, my account was fully closed. This is more like a dictatorship and very sad as I thought SportPesa were ok.

My advice: avoid this company, even though the world is in a pandemic, there was no understanding or flexibility. Disgraceful from them, use other bookies who are much more understanding!

I joined Sportspesa in November 2019, sent all my documents and got verified before I placed a bet. I’ve won and lost and i received all winnings within 48 hours.
I would recommend to all gamblers who are thinking of joining this site is to read this first.
They always block your account, wanting more and more details, why get verified in the first place.
They want my wage slips, bank statements of all transactions. This could be a big headache for punters who have winnings in there account, lucky for me I didn’t.
The cash out is poor, no live scores on bets and the casino provider is like watching you tube on magnetic balls.
I closed my account today date 28/04/20.

will not let you withdraw any money making up excuses about payment card having expired and instructing you to deposit further funds into account before balance can be released - i need to withdraw because i need the funds not because i want to bet more!
