Sportcount count for me
This is the third Time I’ve bought the Sportcount in 8 years, and I ´m still very satisfîed with the help it provides when I swim by counting my laps for me. I highly recommend the Sportcount to Anyone who needs help keeping track of their laps.

Review for the LCT200
Great product, very helpful in counting laps and became part of my swimming routine. Unfortunately mine malfunctioned after two months. Technical issues (at their end?) meant my emails were not being received at the UK office, so a few weeks were lost in obtaining a replacement under warranty.
Mark phoned me personally to apologise and I received a new LCT200 in the post two days later.

Thanks very much for providing a very fair and balanced review. Firstly, I'm delighted that you like your SportCount - it's great to hear when customers say the product helps their training! Secondly, as discussed on the phone, I am not aware of any other issues and we have tested the 'contact us' page extensively, including sending a test from your email address, which worked. It's a real mystery. But most importantly you have your warranty replacement and it was good to talk on the phone and resolve the issue.

Not a single smartwatch can do what the…
Not a single smartwatch can do what the Sportcount 200 does: to mark all laps and respective times with super reliable accuracy. That's all I want: reliable time reading. Super intuitive, super functional, super usable. If aded a bluetooth conection to conect with a smartphone would be fantastic. Never the less, I'm crazy happy with my Sportcount 200. THANK YOU!

Purchased item last week choosing 1-2 working day delivery and still waiting for it. Submitted a form for help via website as unable to find phone number to contact customer care team. Very disappointed as still do not know where my order is.

Dear Maggie, I have replied privately to your email. You sent the email when we were closed on the evening of Tuesday 11th November and gave 1 star the following morning I replied the next working day. I have checked and have emailed you a copy of your shipping label which contains the tracking reference number. You should have received this automatically at the point of booking. I have checked it and can see an attempt to deliver your order was made today (12th Dec) but nobody was home. In this circumstance Royal Mail will normally leave a card with instructions on what to do next. Great, reliable, easy-to-use counter.
I purchased this lap counter after buying a cheap one that let me down on the second swim. Have done six swims so far with this counter and love it. Easy to use and so far, reliable. My only concern is that it says you have to send it to USA to have the battery replaced! Really?
