I love this product. I did have an issue with an order but Brian in Customer Service fixed it immediately. The product does exactly what they say it does. Works great!

Ordered a beginner packs have had great results one of my orders came with a syringe that had leaked in package, I contacted them they have sent out a new one in replacement very happy with customer service and products

I recently ordered syringes from SporesMD and bags from one of their preferred vendors. While most of the bags are colonizing just fine, I noticed trich in one of them yesterday. SporesMD (and the AIO vendor) both replied within 24 hours letting me know that I had a replacement on the way! I was hesitant to reach out due to negative experiences with other vendors but figured I’d give it a shot. I’m blown away by the quick response, friendly customer service, and fast replacement. SporesMD is 10/10 in my book and the only vendor I’ll use from now on!

Ordered the beginner pack for microscopic research, and I couldn’t be happier. The product was packaged well and arrived in good time. Small issue, however customer service was amazing in helping me get it figured out and quickly I might add. 10/10 will be using this company regularly.

I have ordered several cultures from Spores MD. All of the mycelium has grown nicely without any issue.

The most resent culture I ordered did not grow at all. I contacted the company and they sent a new culture out to me. I'm not sure if there was an issue with the culture or if it cooked in my mailbox. It arrived on the hottest day of the year.

Spores MD responded to me quickly and sent a replacement so I'm happy and will order from them again.

I paid $20 for shipping only to receive spores injector crushed. No response from customer service.

Basically, I had inoculated a 6lb all in one bag with Penis Envy I got from you guys. Well the bag busted after 5 days from inoculation and mycelium growth stopped. I set it aside in a box and low and behold less than a month goes by and I open the box to completely covered mycelium growth! Here is a good stage of growth... remember this is PE strain not the easiest to do good. I will say even under horrible circumstances and conditions SporesMD genetics are top notch!

I mixed my bag of albino penis envy, May 5th, and I only grew one pin as of June 29. . Grow magic bags has been helping me along, but they said that I should have gotten some more growth by now and would like to replace my bags. So I contacted SporesMD to see if they would do the same. Nope, no return's or exchange! Never shopping there again! Lost a loyal customer

2 out of 3 spore kits were duds. Nonviable.
They dont answer my calls or after 2 weeks no response.
Buy something else.

Packaging is very discreet and it's in a foil wrapped envelope for spore safety. 5 stars.

Great customer service. Even though I put the wrong address they still decided to send me another order with the right address. I will leave another review of how the spores grow once they come in the mail
