SPOODIES UK LTD Anmeldelser

Excellent packaging, the quality of the enclosure was incredible and my little spood arrived quickly and safely.

Very fast delivery!

Excellent service and really helpful advise to a jumping spider novice. Great after sales care too.

Would highly recommend, fast all round also great communication. Will do business again

First time using spoodies UK Ltd but im very happy with the fast efficient service and will definitely use again 😀

Amazing contact and delivery

I wouldn't go anywhere else as customer service is brilliant, if they can help they will and if not they will try to work around it. There products are clean, fresh and well packed for delivery ,its my go to place for live food, and expect will for a long time

Product as described, quick delivery, excellent outfit. Would recommend for any spood related items.

Amazing company really cared about the spiders wellbeing and personally rang me multiple times to keep me updated throughout the process

Fabulous company. I love dealing with them. Order my food from them. They are so helpful too.

Wonderful help and really nice and helpful on enquiries also my little one arrived safe and good health. Def be buying again and amazing website and adored the packaging too so sweet and if I have give 5 star be worth 100 stars.

Not my first time buying from here, and most definitely won’t be my last! I got two gorgeous Spoodies with the Spoodie Starter Bundles. The original enclosures were out of stock, but I was offered the coffin ones instead — which make a cool set up! The ledges I was sent out were also such a nice touch, they look lush.
Communication was amazing , kept me informed every step of the way.
I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Fantastic company!
Got my boy from them today and he is amazing, so well packaged and cared for intransit!
Super customer service, and grateful for my little freebie!
Top spoods!
Will definitely be ordering again.
Much spoodie love!!!

Amazing! Purchased a beautiful girl and she arrived next day safely! Came with a free gift and was packaged great, Thank you!

Now new website spoodies.com
Not my first time using this company as just as last time the products are top notch and actually have unique items rather than just the same stuff everyone else sells.
The communication was excellent and my order was posted out quickly both times I've used them.
Absolutely I will be back for more

Great communications, including that my jumpers wouldn’t be posted until Monday (ordered just before the weekend). I wouldn’t want to have live animals in the postal system over the weekend so didn’t expect them to go out so the communication was a nice bonus.
Our spiders arrived safely and well packaged and are now happily exploring the new homes sent with them.

Ordered one spider then decided to get a 2nd they sent them both together didn’t charge me twice for delivery very friendly spiders In amazing condition and love the little houses they sent with them

I received my jumper Very quickly . Very happy with the little guy. Great packaging and great little starter home included as well a few another bits. Highly recommend. Very helpful and quick response to the questions I asked. Thank you so much.

Absolutely over the moon with my 2 new spoods! Beautiful and healthy spiders, came with amazing quality starter enclosure and accessories. Even included some cute freebies- always fun! And beautifully presented packaging, I always worry about shipping live animals but it's clear every care has been taken to ensure the safety of these little guys. Would recommend :) thankyou!

Great service. Brilliant quality decor. Really good choices of unique products and colours. My favourite place for jumping spider decor.

REally happy with the spood trees I ordered, unfortunately 1 was broken upon arrival, but they refunded the payment and sent a replacement.
Fantastic customer service and I cannot wait to give the trees to my spoods!! They are gonna look so cute jumping and climbing in the trees :)
