Outstanding service and products
Service and communication was excellent. I was apprised of shipment and delivery every step of the way. The bandanas I ordered are beautiful and well made and are not flimsy. They have snaps instead of ties and this is not available in the US. Sizing info provided was very helpful. I will be reordering.

Had previously ordered a bandana which was really good quality material so ordered some more recently. Unfortunately on this occasion the delivery agent left my package somewhere other than my address. Quick phone call to Spoilt Rotten Pets who were absolutely lovely and they sent replacement goods out which were delivered to me this time! As per original experience really good quality material used.

Amazing 1st class customer service
Absolutely over the moon with my order! A personalised rucksack for my two new little boys!! My request was a personal one, a little outside of the advertised options and its arrived, accommodated and looks as fantastic as I imagined it would!! This for me has shown real 1st class customer service by the company and I cant wait to return to get my boys winter wardrobe in!! :) Thanks a million x

Great customer service
Great customer service. I asked about changing a design, and they made a change on the website right away so that I could edit the front of a dog tag. I was assisted by Lesley, and was really impressed by the prompt reply (and the patience when I had a follow-up questions).
The tag arrived and is just perfect. So pleased with my purchase. Very sturdy despite being light, and lovely deep colours.

Quality product
Ordered another I am blind bandana for the greyhound. Easy process, trackable delivery, quality item with secure press studs. The soft lining as well as comfortable for him means it doesn't scrunch up and become unreadable. His first bandana is in daily use (around one year) and has a lot more life in it. Only bought this one as going to a dog show

Top notch customer care and attention to detail is exemplary. I'd an email to confirm the dog's name as it was an unusual one !! They also very kindly included a personal note to the recipient and again, asked if what they'd prepared was sufficient. Thank you Spoilt Rotten Pets !!
