My experience was awesome the only issues I had was the time host responded which was clearly outlined in bio . The space was exactly as it looked in the picture .

We used this venue for a repast. This was a great venue. The staff was amazing and accommodating...the space was large enough to social distance and still have plenty of room. I will use them again for sure. A. Holloway

Awful
Awful! I moved over to peerspace after seeing how splacer’s variety of places are way less than other large platforms. And their fees are absolutely ridiculous.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time…
My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lovely beach home we rented for an afternoon in Newport Beach. The Splacer platform is easy to use, we received excellent communication from the owner, and the site opened us to possibilities we would not have known about otherwise. We will certainly plan to use Splacer in the future for other events.
