I ordered 2 tops, the first delivered was lovely, a few days later the second top came, it was a vest but I ordered a long sleeved top, the pattern was right but the top is awful and not something I would order, iv messaged the company but no reply as yet, please can you advise me on what to do next

Said next day delivery on website, if the order was in stock. I made sure it was and ordered on the Saturday, expecting my parcel to be delivered on the Monday. However I received part of my order on the Tuesday and the remaining 2 items were still to be sent. These were a birthday present so I was desperate to know if they would come before Thursday. I emailed the customer support on their website on 3 different occasions and received nothing back. Sure enough they turned up on the Friday, the day after I needed them! Quality of the clothes are good and I’ve ordered before with no issues but the lack of customer communication let this order down.

I haven't ordered from Spiral Direct for many years. So I'm aware of what standard of clothing was back then, I'm glad to say that the quality is as excellent as it was back then. Definitely recommended.

Didn't have my order. Tried 2 times to reach them. Never got an answer.
Had a solution via PayPal

Whoever printed the address forgot to put the flat number on the label so package was delivered to wrong flat .

Appalling service. I returned an order on 17th November for a refund.
I have a tracking number which shows this was received on 19th November, however I haven't heard anything and haven't received a refund and its now February. 
I've sent proof of postage multiple times via email - never got a response  
Call the the phone number on the website - Never answered
Left messages on their Facebook site - Never got a response
I've spent a lot of money with this company and they now lost, what was a valued customer

I AM OUT ABOUT 30 EURO AND GOT NO PACKAGE

I've been using these for quite a few years now, always loved their designs and quality of clothing. However, towards the end of 2025 I placed two orders, for a mixture of long sleeved tops, short sleeved tops and hoodies (all mens). The quality was nowhere near as good as before, material on tops and hoodies were a lot thinner than previous purchases and the sizing seems to have changed. I compared the large hoody with a large one I bought the previous year and the sleeves are now shorter and the width is quite a lot slimmer. And the medium tops I bought were more like a small, or even large child size. Additionally, one of the hoodies shrank in the first wash! These were all christmas presents that have left us all very disappointed.

I put my order in ,late one evening ,and my parcel arrived the following morning.

I love spirals clothes because they are very good quality clothing I have no complaints absolutely brilliant thank you.

I have ordered and paid for next day delivery. My order stayed in unfulfilled status for almost a week, tried to contact them on all possible ways, phones, e-mails nothing no answer all lines disconnected. A week later I got my order, no next day and lost money. Never again. Products are OK that is why overall 2 stars, but don't trust them anymore.
