Instead of fixing the issue, your support staff act like smartasses and show zero professionalism. It’s clear they’re trained to stall, deflect, and frustrate users to give up on their withdrawals.

I've been a member for about 2 months, everytime I've tried to make a withdrawal it would get cancelled because they always required just a bit more information. Apart from marching into the head office and presenting my ID I don't know what they actually need. Over the time(2 months) I've won over $250000 and have nothing to show for it except a very low bank balance. These people are nothing but thieves ang NEED to be shut down.

We deposited 100 dollars with spin samurai, . They then blocked us from getting on the site spin samurai to use the credit. About time Australian government kicked all these foreign casinos out of Australia. Just another foreign casinos ripping off Australians. Do not even look at spin samurai if you want to get some joy from the online casino s. Stick to Aussiemade owned. Update tried again to use spin samurai site to play money deposited , no site not allowed on still . Can't raise a sole in manner instructed , not real fair at all
