These people are jokes they have a horrible return to player and on top of that they are on YouTube spending the money they get off spinquest players.

I have now processed multiple redemptions from this site. The first redemption takes slightly longer, as it goes via ach, but even with that, these redemptions have been no muss, no fuss. This place should be commended for doing things the right way.

Bad bad business very deceptive especially when it comes to players and rewards and deals. Not worth it here, you'll win big and then they'll shut you off and take it back. They didn't get it all back this time I'm closing my account and moving on to better sites that actually rewards their players and gives them deals, this place doesn't do any of that. It's a poverty site stay away from here.

Don’t use. They take ur chips. Tried the ten for 30 got down to 15 and won 30. And lost basically than on. Even bonuses I hit afterwards paid 2 dollars. So I went to try black jack. Sat there never had any cards delt to me. When I left I had zero chips. Customer service said I made a bet of 5.43 who does that. I sure didn’t. They said once a bet is made it’s final. Even if I’m not delt any cards. And where is the option to bet 5.43 it would have been 5.00. Just warning u. Bunch of crooks.

I wish they would add more game providers, like booming games, evoplay, bgaming etc. Ever since pragmatic play left, I honestly stopped playing on the platform cause it’s lackluster and boring. I’ve cashed out probably 7-8 times but that doesn’t do it justice to how many times I’ve deposited. 40+ times. False advertising about affiliate payments

They advertise that they pay back "50%" if you refer people. It's been over 6 months and all my supposed affiliate rewards are just pending. If you ask support what's going on they argue and quibble about the timeframe and claim it's their "top priority" which is just nonsense as they've been saying this for months now. This could be added within a day or two but instead they drag their feet for 6+ months. I'm owed probably a thousand dollars or more as I've referred dozens of people but I've received a big fat $0. Don't trust these liars.

Bluff you should be ashamed for promoting this scam site ... I deposited 300$ didn't even play come back and I have 190$ I didn't even play not one game.,. Then I get kicked out with 100$ on the 6 and 8 25 on the 4 5 9 and 10 a 6 hit twice and a 4 I didn't get paid for any of them and had zero in my account when I got logged back in ... Customer service is absolutely terrible they told me 3 days ago they would respond and look at it and still haven't heard anything from them !!! We are playing with real money not candy and the errors have to be fixed...

I currently have .40 in my account while my playthrough requirement to redeem is $43. Apparently the free daily reward has 3x play through requirement and blackjack only counts towards .20 per play. Ended up requesting $282 on a redemption after being fully verified then I was told they were going to keep my money because they detected multiple accounts by which were obviously fraudulent because I'm verified on one account I read terms and conditions and fully understand you cannot have multiple accounts but they try to justify not cashing me out the money by that rule alone and said but you can continue to play and we will honor future redemptions from this same account I'm being scammed for $282 but we cannot essentially pay you right now because the RTP for the weekend was too high and don't have the money to pay it but please continue to use this account your contacting us from and will honor your future redemptions but this one we will not. They tried to tell me I use multiple accounts to earn money all inside of one account that is impossible I don't care who you are or what platform you are they are a scam they are scandalous and please heed my warning on that. They used a lie and fake excuse to justify on their end not to pay me yet cannot even provide proof that someone else had made any other account in my name which is a bigger issue
