After sales service is very bad, you can't expect someone will help you(sales representative guys from Lucknow : Prem Tiwari and Siddharth tiwari). Customer service insisted me to put the rating..once they receive customer feedback/rating they will stop responding your messages or call(her name was Monica).

Responsive Executive but an irresponsible organisation
The rating is only for the executive and not the company. The whole process of coordinating to get my RC has been terrible.
While Ms. Monika tried to help and resolve the complaint, systemically, Spinny is pathetic. You have taken nearly 180 days to get my RC transferred. How low can post-sales service stoop?

Worst experience with Spinny
Worst experience with Spinny. Do not buy a car from here. Executives provided false information at the time of sale. After purchase, I found major issues like gear problems, engine noise due to oil leakage, suspension defects, and hidden rust with internal bumper repainting. Spinny’s inspection report claimed the car was mechanically perfect, which was completely untrue. Even after reporting these problems, Spinny refused to take responsibility.
Spinny’s inspection reports are misleading and cannot be trusted. Even under their buyback guarantee, they offered only 52% of the car’s value within just 8 months. Buying a car from Spinny is a serious mistake—avoid at all costs.

After so many calls and escaltion the…
After so many calls and escaltion the social media handler Mr.Pravesh Ji handles my case very carefully and respond me everytime and everything whatever done on my Car. My issues was taken carefully by Mr.Pravesh ji and delivered my car in one day after the escalation I am very thankful and grateful to own this Spinny car who take care of customers issue.
But in the last I would say there is a requirement of improvement of after sales service otherwise it was a worth experience with spinny.
