Doesn't deserve 1 star
Doesn't deserve 1 star. Wish I could give 0 stars. Poor site. Have about 30 big bass slots and a few others so win on one. You're restricted. Closed my account. Won't bet here again. Terrible slot owned by happy tiger. They shouldn't be allowed to have some many subsidiary sites. Only encourages gamblers. Report sent to the gambling commission.

Hi Simon,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We understand your frustration regarding the bonus and the withdrawal. Many bonuses come with wagering requirements that need to be completed before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. These terms apply to all players and are shown in the bonus conditions so the rules are clear before playing.
We appreciate you taking the time to explain your experience.
Kind regards,

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely scam of a company deposited £30 withdrew £10 after playing 70% however this was declined and added back to bonus funds with a 40x wagering restriction so £800 id need to play just to get my £10 back! Customer service no help patronising! Please do not deposit money with them!

Hi Sophie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We understand your frustration regarding the bonus and the withdrawal. Most bonuses have wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. If a part of the balance is still connected to an active bonus, it simply cannot be paid out until the terms are met. These conditions apply to all players and are outlined in the bonus terms.
We’re also sorry to hear that you felt the communication with customer service wasn’t helpful. Your feedback is important, and we take it seriously.
Kind regards,
