Hi Christine,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, although we are very sorry to hear about your frustration. We completely understand that it can be disappointing when your play sessions don't result in a payout you can withdraw.
All of our games are based entirely on chance and operate via a Random Number Generator, meaning every spin is completely independent and unpredictable. We always want our players to have a transparent and fair experience, so if you have any questions about your account balance or previous wins, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.
Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective.

Hi there
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
We understand how frustrating it can feel when a session on a slot machine doesn’t result in the outcomes you were hoping for.
All of our slot games operate using certified random number generators, meaning each spin is entirely independent and based on chance. This means results can vary significantly from one session to another, including how often winning lines or larger wins appear.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience has led you to close your account. 😔
If you have any questions or would like further information about how the games work, our support team will be happy to assist you. 📞
Best regards
