I am extremely disappointed with this company’s handling of financial transactions. A £50 withdrawal was neither confirmed nor recorded anywhere in my account. Customer support stated they could not locate the transaction at all. This raises serious concerns about transparency and reliability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Stay away from this bet site
Just following up on a review done days ago.
After different back and forth they are still making the withdrawal impossible.
Initially, they asked over the website, for a proof transactions of the deposit and pictures of passport etc etc...once uploaded, they rejected them and dropped an email asking for the full month banking statement. And again once challenged about me accused of having two accounts, no answer. Please do not sign up. They will not release the money won.
Review updated following Spin King reply
After submitting all the documents requested the entire customer service team (George, David, Eltar) vanished, as I was expecting. Afyer many days the money are still held against my will. I have also dropped any email to the complaints department of UK gambling commission...again regardless this pathetic email here from Spin King, dont trust them..dont create any account as they will not let you withdraw your wins, in a way or another.
