It seems that this casino are happy to publicly respond to positive reviews but they completely fail to reply to any negative reviews or even attempt to resolve/alleviate any concerns the customer may have.
However, they are more than happy to “flag” my review as defamatory, when all I did was write an honest review of my experience since joining, and this is supposedly a democratic society where people are allowed to have freedom of speech.
It is also interesting to note that whilst they have the time to complain about my review, they don’t seem to have even one second to contact me via email in an attempt to potentially find resolution to my issues and concerns.
This to me proves again that they are not interested in the customer at all, just whatever makes them look good and give the impression that they are credible.
It may well be a case that I am wrong in my opinion but I only go off the experiences I have had to date and the issues raised in my original review below are still very much a serious concern.
In my opinion (which I am legally allowed to have) is that they are only interested in positive feedback and do not have the customers’ best interests at heart.
The online casino market is heavily saturated with an extensive array of competitors who operate with integrity and look after their customers, and I know where I would prefer to spend my money. Just saying….

April. I am even more concerned than I was originally as I am U.K. based and have successfully deposited in recent weeks.
I only signed up to this casino recently and had no problem making a deposit but it took over five hours to receive my funds to play with.
I then contacted live chat and the agent was very friendly but didn’t actually answer any of my questions in detail and if anything, tried to avoid answering. He was more concerned about asking me to leave a positive review for him at the end of the chat.
I have never actually won anything that was worthy of withdrawing as it fell below the minimum threshold.
However, I started having more concern when I noticed the URL for the website constantly changed each time I used it, and it didn’t seem like a regular URL.
For example, one minute it was
56spinbuddha33.com and when I just checked again, it now brings up a warning page saying that the site is not secure, and then the next page says:

I then tried again and it had changed to 70spinbuddha42.com within seconds of the aforementioned attempt.
If UK players are unable to register, why did they accept my registration and my subsequent two deposits?
In fact, looking back, I don’t even think I received a verification email either.
What makes it worse is that I came across Spinbuddha.com via numerous casino review websites with high score and “strongly recommended”, which makes me question the integrity of those websites also.
I strongly advise anyone reading this not to register, or if you are already a member, do not make any further deposits.
I will be reporting this to the Gambling Commission first thing on Monday.
