Absolute scam keep away from this site. You will not be able to withdraw winning's they just tie you up in knots with rejections you can send as many documents as you like to prove your identity and they just keep asking for it again and again the complaints department are impossible to get hold of . Total frustration. STAY CLEAR, you have been warned .😡😡

I won £2,500 on their site only to have the withdrawal declined 8 times. They told me different stories that they needed I'd verification pdf bank statements in which I sent all of that, only to be told every time on live chat your vip manager will be in touch with you and when he or she did it was oh your payment couldn't be paid into this bank account. So I tryed withdrawal through bank transfer same carry on then I logged in last week for £2,500 to not be shown on my account they accused me of spending it on their site in which I didn't. This site is 100% a scam they will happily take your money when depositing but will not pay you out your winnings and when I stated to them pay my winnings or I'll be in touch with the courts I noticed tonight I couldn't access my online account let alone be able to send the vip manager a email and the number they called me on before says not recognised so they scam people altogether.

One star because there is no zero. Stay away. It's a scam. Payouts are impossible. They keep asking you documents you have already sent 2 or 3 times. I asked for a withdrawal 200 € since Feb 26. It's March 14 and still no withdrawal...

Eventually had my payout after back and forth of them changing what they wanted from me, if u persevere and keep sending what they want they will pay out. Did take from the 7th Feb till 12th March for them to finally accept my documents. Will never be using them again though. Shocking behaviour never come across anything like it.

I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START. !!!! POLAND BASED GAMBLING PLATFORM IN UK…..11 emails up and down they have tried everything to not give my winnings. ID checks . how many times do I need to send . One of my bills adress says NE28 Wallsend. One of my bill says NE28 United Kingdom. Address Doesn’t Match. selfie is well my face and my driver license doesn’t match even I have sent my DBS check still nothing. I had to give up my winnings of £1500. I don’t know where to go who to report!!!!

I won £500 and it took me 3 days to get it i was constantly on the live chat after 48 hours. The agent was very vague with answering my questions in relation to their office hours and other ways of contact that's not via live chat. I eventually got my winnings after threatening to go further however I did not receive the full £500 I only received £488. I don't trust this site as they are quick to take your money and offer bonuses but withdrawal procedure needs to be assessed. Be cautious but ideally I would avoid.

Much the same as everyone else ask for ridiculous amounts of id you send em and they keep saying they aint got it they aint regulated in the UK my only suggestion is post on social media about how bad they are let everyone know its a SCAM SITE

Would not allow me to withdraw my money that I had deposited, there was no bonus attached to my deposited money, but when my withdrawal was under review they declined it 3 times which resorted to me emailing support which that alone was really hard to find contact details..
To which their response was that I need to win 3X the money I deposited which I think is absolutely disgusting, stay clear of these scammers!!!

Deposited and won but not paid out rejected 4 times, constant emails congratulations on your win you need to upload evidence to withdraw did this still rejected, the amount evidence you have to send them is a joke, and can be used in a way that’s not good as could be used for identity fraud as they want all details pics id etc avoid I have reported them as they are 1 big scam site
