Yeah, just appauling to be honest. I got an email for a 200% match bonus on the next deposit. The code didn't work in the cashier and took forever back and forth for them to say they'll add it manually. Once added manually, im then told the max cashout is less than that from the original bonus email (Initially 300 pounds max cashout, now 200 as it was added manually), this should have been stated before I deposited.
Getting onto the games, the gameplay was utterly awful. 20p spins with £60 on rise of merlin, didn't get a single bonus. With small wins as my balance was getting depleted, I did a little under 500 spins. I've never played Rise of Merlin and had to wait that long, but i'm sure they'll reply that it's all 'RNG', which we all know is a load of bs. It's all algorithms behind closed doors with this one.
Thanks for the terrible experience, i'll ensure not to deposit here ever again.

Don't like paying out....
Trying to withdraw money and yet again they want ID. This is the third time they have asked me to verify. Also they say with being a VIP it will go in quicker but that's not the case. Ok so i signed up with this joke of a casino made a deposit and lost which is normal to loose.
I got sent some free spins with wagering attached and no deposit needed, i won some money completed wagering and decided to withdraw a mere £20 hey hey free money. NOT
So i made the withdrawl and it was still sitting there nearly 2 days later so i contacted them to be told theres a reversing time of 36 hours but i had missed the allocation so i would need to wait another 24hrs.
Following day i received this email :
In regards to your Spin and Win account, it is to inform you that your pending period is now lapsed and your withdrawal of £20.05 is currently being audited.
However, no recent activity has been located from your account.
As such, we would much appreciate if you can confirm whether the card registered on the account is still active?
Please reply to this email accordingly.
Upon confirmation that your card is still active, your withdrawal will be reversed on the next working day. You shall then request for the withdrawal again on your side.
Once request, it will undergo the normal pending period before being allocated to the finance team for the auditing checks before being released.
Upon release, you may then expect to receive the funds within the following 2 to 5 business days.
If the card registered is no more active, please register the replacement card if already available or an alternate payment method such as another bank card, PayPal or Neteller; and then request for the withdrawal again.
Please note that to activate the payment method, a minimum deposit will be required, yet rest assured you will be able to request for a withdrawal of that deposit if you wish to.

We have done the spin and win and did the $5,000 cash out and pay pal transfer back on 2/15. There is no way to contact them and no way to find out where funds are. It said will deposit in 7 business days and still nothing.
While looking at the reviews it is clear they had no intention of paying anyone anything. Keep sayin they didn't sponsor things. So how did everyone misunderstand it? They didn't. If you can't give a better answer than we misunderstood what you had on your site then don't answer at all with that lie.

AVOID!!! Bad bonus
Wouldn’t even give this website any stars if I didn’t have to.
Deposited £20 got £17.50 bonus, got down to my last £5 left and then started to win, got up to £300 thought great then couldn’t widths any of it. Looked on the wagering and it says I have to spend £940 of real money to be able to withdraw any winnings. This is ridiculous why would anyone spend this kind of money just to get £300 back you are at a loss straight away. If I had known the wagering requirements then I wouldn’t have clicked on any bonuses. I have put a complaint in an email only to find it takes 6 months to handle. You only win big when u receive bonuses but then your wagering requirements are ridiculous.
