Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you were happy with the service and that the team exceeded your expectations. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to serving you again!
Overpriced and Poor Quality Service
I booked a deep cleaning service and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience in Portugal.
First, I waited over an hour past the scheduled arrival time before anyone showed up. When the cleaners finally arrived, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations for a deep clean. Several areas appeared to have been cleaned superficially, and I found myself having to re-clean parts of the home afterward.
What was particularly surprising was that the cleaners asked to borrow my own cleaning tools and supplies to complete the job. For a professional cleaning service, I expected the team to arrive fully equipped especially after being charged for cleaning equipment (which is another ridiculous charge).
Considering the late arrival, the quality of the cleaning, and the overall experience, I found the service to be overpriced and not worth the cost. I would not book this service again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.
I found a local cleaning service who came prepared with their own equipment, did a wonderful job and charged half the price.

The cleaner was thorough and effective
The cleaner was thorough and effective. All was cleaned and presentable, including trash removal and balcony.
I only need to discuss a few ideas about where things go ( which cupboards or shelves to use) , as it took me a bit to find a few things I needed.
But overall it was great.

The cleaner did a fantastic job
The cleaner did a fantastic job! One of my requests was to have her wash the windows, and she didn’t finish until they were spotlessly clean. She also took great care of the rest of my home. I hope I can request her for my next appointment!

Decent
I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. Overall I'm satisfied, but I had a couple minor issues. I paid for a deep cleaning and got what I would consider a partial deep cleaning. The girl who deep cleaned the kitchen did an amazing job. The rest of the apartment was debatable whether it was considered a normal cleaning, much less a deep clean. Our apartment wasn't very dirty but they didn't dust the guest bedroom at all. The windows were only half cleaned on the inside and not well. I don't know if they do outside windows, but they weren't done. Some small things looked like they weren't moved and cleaned behind. I'm not sure what they do or don't do when it comes to that. But since it wasn't very dirty, just mostly dusty I wasn't going to make an issue of it. Just wanted to put that out there for those who have certain expectations. It's also possible that one of the 2 cleaners didn't do what the others normally do. Not sure I would hold it against the entire company.
However, the kitchen was my only real concern since the rest of the place was not very dirty and it was very clean. When they charged me for the full 4 hour estimated time and they left after 2 hours, the company corrected it and adjusted the bill. Excellent customer service.
The dust was easy for me to clean. The windows I give a pass on because while I specified having windows cleaned, I didn't specify the oven and she cleaned it spotless. So to me it evened.out.
I think I would use them again for regular monthly cleanings. A deep cleaning I would specify my expectations beforehand and get clarification on what they do and don't do. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback — we truly appreciate it.
We’re glad to hear that you were satisfied overall and especially pleased with the kitchen cleaning and the way our customer service team handled the billing adjustment. At the same time, we take note of the areas where your expectations weren’t fully met, such as the guest bedroom dusting and the window cleaning. Your observations help us improve and ensure more consistent quality across all teams.
For deep cleanings, we always recommend sharing any specific priorities in advance, just as you mentioned — and we’re happy to clarify what is and isn’t included anytime.
We’re grateful for your constructive comments and your openness to using our service again. We’ll strive to make sure your next experience is 5-star worthy!
Great customer service!!!
I booked first cleaning service with them and even 2-3 hours before cleaning they helped me to change the time. The cleaners came on time and they did spot on cleaning. Now they are my regulars for sure! The customer service is super fast and efficient! Well done!!!

Company you can't relay on at all
Advertising that you can book cleaning even in 2 hours in advance, but fail to fulfil request done in 3 DAYS in advance. Just a blocker for cleaning companies which fails to do simple things.

Thank you for the feedback.
We strive to offer as much flexibility as possible — including the option to book services up to two hours in advance — but there are times when unexpected situations, such as illness or personal emergencies among the team, may impact our ability to fulfill even earlier bookings.
Additionally, in some cases, service requests may be declined by our partner companies if they determine the job is not a good fit for their team.
We apologize for any inconvinience caused.
