Got a shirt and it’s just simple in a good way. Nothing overdone.

Checkout was quick and simple. Free shipping made it easier to go ahead with it.

Pants are comfortable for everyday use. Been wearing them to work without any issue.

Ordered loafers randomly and they’re actually comfortable. Walked around in them for hours without any issue. Didn’t need much time to adjust to them either. Pretty smooth

Accessories are simple and practical. Nothing unnecessary.

Bag feels well made. Stitching looks clean and holds its shape.

Free shipping made the decision easier. Everything showed up in good condition so no complaints.

Fabric feels decent. Not overly soft but not rough either.

Ordered a polo and it’s been in rotation since it came in. Fit is relaxed but still looks put together. Fabric feels comfortable for longer wear. Shipping was free so that helped too.

Loafers are simple and clean. Nothing loud about them.

Quality sits in a good middle ground. Not too premium, not cheap either.

Shirt fabric feels breathable. Good for everyday wear.

Exchange process was smooth and clear. Didn’t feel complicated. Everything got sorted quickly. No complaints there.

Got a couple tees and yeah they feel solid. Nothing flashy but they sit well and don’t feel cheap.

Sizing turned out fine which was a relief. Fits better than a lot of stuff I’ve ordered before. Didn’t need to exchange anything. Just worked.

This company is terrible. Any correspondence results in what appears to be an AI response. The return policy is a complete lie. It is very difficult actually impossible to return items. The customer service dept will simply ignore your emails. The quality of the clothes is awful. This is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY or whatever they are. SCAM!!!
This is not the spencer gift stores that are in the malls . This is an online clothing company. Spencer gifts has been replying to these reviews however it is the wrong company.

I had no idea from the website I ordered from that this company is (and fulfills orders) from China. I spent more than I planned on shirts that seemed to be what I hoped for. They were not. They did not fit; had no fabric, care or fit tags; and took awhile to receive, since being shipped from China. I was not willing to accept a 10% refund (because I wasn't willing to go through the expense and hassle returning), so off to the charity bin they went,a long with more than $100 and no shirts. BUYER BEWARE... hopefully mine (and all these others, which I wish I read first) will keep you from making the same mistake as I with this etailer.....

I ordered two shirts from this company and like many other people that have written, the advertisement looked really great. I was excited to get my shirts. It did take forever to get them and the package they were in said Jamaica, New York. I just assumed it was a company in New York City area, but like many other customers that have written reviews, this company is straight out of China! That isn’t always a bad thing since I have gotten things that are pretty decent from China. But this company Spencer clothing.com is every bit of sly and misleading. They stay right between the lines of legal but they are completely unethical! The shirts I ordered were horribly tailored. They did not fit me even closely. The customer service reps are constantly changing. I think I’m dealing with one and then another answers as if they are picking up the conversation from the last representative. I told them I would like to return them and get my money back and possibly pick something out from their website at a different time. They basically told me it would be so expensive to ship them back since I would have to send them directly to their facility in China! That is where the deception and absolutely horrible business practice is occurring. It is my own fault for not reading the fine print on return policy but what kind of rotten people are running this company? At this point they have offered me offers to ship something of equal or lesser value and I would just cover the shipping or send me something else discounted. I told them I just want my money back, but I agree with what many people are saying. They NEVER intend on returning your money!! I am probably just going to have to take the loss because I can tell that they will just do whatever they can to wear me down. I get emails sometimes 10 o’clock at night so I know that they are overseas fielding my complaints. Not that they even give a shit whether I buy anything from them or not ever again, but I can tell you, that I would wear nothing but a pair of underwear, before I would ever purchase anything from those rotten scoundrels again! Hopefully enough people read these reviews, so this company goes back to the hell hole they crawled out of! And of course, I will get a generic response of how sorry they are for my experience and the link to their customer service, which will just get me back into the Chinese Maze of Never ending Mirrors!!
