Excellent Except for Scratchy Seams
I've been searching for unitards in plus sizes that I can actually do aerial in, not flimsy see through fashion items. I ordered a couple sizes smaller than recommended, based on my experience following measurement recommendations for underwear and other clothes from other sites. It fit perfectly and it works wonderfully on lyra because it's silky smooth. My only complaint, and the reason I docked them a star, is that the serged seams are occasionally brutal, scratching and prickling my arms. I want to order more, but I'm worried about the scratchy plastic thread in the seams.

Speerise is the most horrible company I…
Speerise is the most horrible company I have dealt with in a long time. They misrepresent their items in pictures and don’t show true sizing and the quality is cheap. They have tried to discourage me from sending back a bathing suit top that they never said was just the top no bottoms for over 26.00 that I paid extra shipping for. It wouldn’t fit a 12 year old. It just arrived and is in all its tags and packaging and after multiple emails they still have not given me the return address and are threatening return shipping funds.
In total this top costed 50.00$! I’m getting my money back this place is a scam! Do not purchase anything from here! Spread the word all over the internet! I will too!

If I could give zero I would! I am so surprised that in this day and age of ordering online that a company makes it impossible to return unwanted purchases and has not responded to 2 emails that I have sent requesting them to help me. It isn’t a lot of money so I’ll survive but will never order anything else with them again and will let as many people as possible know not to touch them either.

This is the worse company to buy from
This is the worse company to buy from! The customer service is horrible, they give you the run around when it comes to returns & refund. I ordered an unitard, it was delivered 2 weeks past the deliver date. When I asked for instruction on how to return, they gave me the run around! Do not buy from this company, it is out of China and they give you a hard time to get refunds. Buy within the United Stated, you won’t have to worry about shipping and a refund from a company in the United States. If i knew this company was based in China I would not have ordered. Don’t be like me, do your research’

Kleiner Shop mit einem Begrenzten (evtl. in Zukunft wachsendem) Angebot an Sportbekleidung (hauptsächlich Tanz- und Jogasport). Die Produkte variieren in der Qualität des Schnittes, sind aber durchweg aus gutem Material. Wo dieser Shop wirklich glänzt, ist der Kundenservice. Es kann zwar nicht gesagt werden, ob dieses Vorgehen bei jedem Kunden Anwendung findet, aber hier wurde nach einiger Zeit auch noch einmal per E-Mail nachgefragt, ob man mit den gekauften Produkten zufrieden ist und wofür man sie nutzt.
In diesem Fall wurde nebenbei in der Antwort erwähnt, dass ein Produkt einen kleinen (aber sichtbaren) Materialfehler hat. Daraufhin wurde um ein Foto gebeten. Nachdem dieses gesendet wurde, gab es, ohne jegliche Aufforderung dazu, eine Entschuldigung, eine kostenfreie Ersatzlieferung und einen 30%-Gutschein für den nächsten Kauf (Wenn auch der vergünstigte Kauf für den erneuten Versand obligatorisch gemacht wurde). Nach dem Durchlesen einiger negativer Bewertungen hier, die alle den Kundenservice kritisieren, liegt die Vermutung nahe, dass dieses zu einer Art Qualitätsoffensive im Kundenservice gehört. Es kann nur gesagt werden: Hier hat es beeindruckend funktioniert.

Items never shipped, horrible customer service.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I placed an order and was told shipping was 7-10 calendar days. The tineframe passed, and the order showed no movement. They only have a contact email, and my messages were returned. I filled out the Contact Us form and finally got a reply making various excuses, and asking if the order was needed urgently. I replied and said it was and I would appreciate an update on when it would be shipped. 4 days pass, no response. The items still have not shipped. Seems very fraudulent to me. I finally reached back out and asked if they can either ship the items or cancel the order. So it was cancelled - without even an apology - and I just wasted 2 weeks waiting for these items. Now I need to find them elsewhere. I would never trust nor order anything from this company again.

Do not bother to order anything from this company. I ordered a pair of thigh high tights and they were made poorly and would not stay up. I wanted to return so I sent an email to speerise. I received the following email message, "If you want to return order, you need to undertake the shipping and our address is China, it may cost you much time and money, to save money for you is it possible for you to keep the order and process it yourself? If you like we can offer to reship the correct size to you at no extra charge, you just need to pay for shipping fee $7.99".
This was not a matter of wrong size. I will never order anything else from this company.

Awesome body suit!
I am a male 5”6’ 230 lbs. i ordered the blue women’s unitard front zip body suit. I am a little larger and the custom measurements were spot on! I love wearing my unitard around the house and relaxing in it. Awesome customer service! I will be ordering more!

Buyer Beware - NO REFUNDS
This company does not provide refunds despite the policy on website which is purposefully vague. It says only that you bear the cost of shipping.
When I tried to return, I Was first told they would only give me 20% of what I paid. I demanded a refund of the purchase price. To which they replied “Once we receive your return, we will process the refund. Please note that we will deduct 15% of the order( this is the shipping fee that we paid to logistics company when we ship the items out),
And also we communicated with our leader, we can refund you 40%,”.
In other words, they are offering to refund only 25%. Nowhere on website do they indicate that you only receive a negotiated portion of what you paid.

Leggings size guide no good!!
I'm slightly disappointed with my Speerise purchase and experience. I ordered a leotard and a pair of tights per the size guides for each item. I chose not to expedite my shipping based on the estimated delivery dates. Shortly after my purchase, I received an email from customer service informing me that due to a holiday last week, there is a backlog of orders and that if I want to move my purchase up in the queue, I'd need to pay a separate invoice for expedited shipping. Because I needed my items by a certain date, I decided to pay for the expedited shipping. My items did arrive quickly, and the leotard was a perfect fit. However, I couldn't even get the leggings past my thighs despite having bought the appropriate size per my measurements and the size guide. I quickly emailed Speerise to inform them of this and asked for a replacement pair to be shipped ASAP. Kindly, they offered for me to just pay for expedited shipping again, and asked for more of my measurements so they can recommend the correct size. I provided my measurements promptly, but it wasn't until several days later that they got back to me to let me know that they recommend a whole two or even three sizes up! (I originally ordered a small and they eventually got back to me to let me know that a large would fit but be tight, and that an XL would be better). I compared my measurements to the size guide again to make sure it wasn't me who had screwed up, and was able to confirm that my measurements definitely align to their size small, maybe bordering on medium, but definitely not a large or XL. By this time, the replacement item was never going to arrive on time, so now I have an incomplete outfit and a pair of leggings that I can't squeeze into.
