Speedy service, compromised customer service
The delivery of the diamonds are fast, and my account never got hacked or compromised in any way. This led me to buy over $1k worth of diamonds over 50+ occasions with speedyninja. However, there is a staff in customer service known as Anthea and she treated me 3/3 times with disrespect and contempt, although I had not said or done anything to arouse provocation. Despite this, there are also excellent people in customer service known as Alex and Sebastian who helped me with bulk orders every time I requested, and I am very thankful for that.

Made a purchase at 4pm but did not receive order, contacted the customer service and multiple times they said have checked and got me to restart account but i have done so 10+ times in the span on 4pm-10pm and still issue is not resolved, then they just closed off the case??? Extremely disappointed

Prices are much cheaper compared to purchasing in-game, and all my previous purchases for IDV have always gone through.
I was really happy they added in Wuthering Waves as well, but maybe because it's still a newly added game to their services they didn't give any updates in their Telegram Channel about it being down at all - gives the impression they only care about the more popular games ^^. CS Anthea confirms it's down and couldn't give an ETA on when it'd be back up either, so why keep the game still up on your website? Was refunded my manual top up, but haven't yet received it. No updates in Telegram channel still.
TLDR use this for more popular games like MLBB but don't expect equally good service with their less popular ones.

My Great Experience
There were many things that went down during my experience with SpeedyNinja, so I'll try to summarize everything
I had an error with the API where I typed my correct ID but the ID checker still keep saying incorrect and showing me an error message that asked me to contact their customer support. After I contacted the customer support, I was replied to within minutes where they told me to use Incognito mode and try to refresh the website and try again, which then my issue was resolved
After that I placed my order for 7642 diamonds and paid using paynow, which then I didnt receive my diamonds even after restarting my game.
At first I thought it was because I had used Incognito mode so maybe my order wasnt caught, then I messaged their customer support again and was replied within afew minutes
They had reassured me that they had escalated my order for their teams to check into it and constantly updated me on the situation, they were very friendly and speedy with the replies and just overall an extremely good experience with their service and support, nothing much I can pick on to be honest. Thanks for resolving my issues I thought I had wasted my money at first, thank you!!
